One of the benefits of a inverted coaster is that i never have to worry about my head hitting the supports. I didn't really listen, nor watched most of the video, i just knew there was a nice rollercoaster ride at the end, and you didn't disappoint!
@@aarons0683 I beg to differ. There was this track one time at a carnival and the overhead supports scraped past my skull and took some of my hair along and left me with a bald spot for months. Ever since then it's been a bit of a trauma.
Incredible work! Absolutely loving the attention to realism here, and the full section on custom supporting was really appreciated, its literally my favourite thing go do in PlanCo haha :)
Ride 10/10, soundtrack 11/10 (25:00 sick edit you sly dog). I love Nemesis, this ride game me that feeling with the banked curves and blue skies, I could imagine my feet out there in the air.
I never thought I would hear Silvarret draw inspiration from my local park. Greetings from Madrid! pd: we always want to see how you make custom supports
For your question about Dive loops and Immelmanns: A Dive loop is that you go upwards and turn upside down at the highest point, after that the coaster dives down (that’s where the name comes from) An Immelmann is the opposite, the coaster goes upwards into a half loop and then turns out of the upside down position with an half roll
It's so easy to remember tho! A dive loop is a half loop that you *dive* into - meaning that the loop is the second part of the element, the part which brings you back to the ground
I always thought this model was underrated! Glad you’re giving it some love! I once used it to make a recreation of Storm, the Gerstlauer Inverted Launch Coaster that opened somewhat recently at TusenFryd. It never made into one of my vids though, but I need to do something like that again at some point, I had a lot of fun making it!
great video, as always! the way i memorized dive loops and immelmanns is that a dive loop ends with the half loop, which means you're "diving" into the "loop", and the immelmann is just the other one lol
1:20 The ride model in game is at least partially inspired by the defunct Volcano: The Blast Coaster at Kings Dominion in Virginia, USA. Full circuit launched Intamin invert.
ANOTHER SERIES!! ive been watching you since your RCT3 days and you still remain one of my inspirations when it comes to these games, excited to see where this one goes
10:00 The way I always remember Dive Loops is that you "Dive" towards the ground (like a bird diving), so you HAVE to do the corkscrew/twist first to set up for the dive. You don't really 'dive' in an Immelmann turn, you rise and twist. Idk if this is at all helpful since I know you've been a thoosie since... forever, but maybe it does!
i can't help but find it poetic that you released this right as volcano's replacement is being built in kd, i'm sure it wasn't intentional but i'll take it as the homage to the only launched full circuit intamin invert, rip volcano 😢
I have also just got back from riding an Intamin Inverted coaster called Tornado - the Särkänneimi one you mentioned you will miss on your trip. Love the Taron style idea! 🤩 Would like to see Intamin do more standalone new gen inverts, other than the only one they’ve done that duels with the sit down one in China.
I actually personally like the little kink in the track before the heartline roll, reminds me a little of the kink that the Smiler (Alton Towers) has in one of its inversions. Sure it could have been smoothed out but it adds a bit of character.
Volcano the blast coaster was at kings dominion, it closed permanently in 2019, a launched wing coaster is replacing it, track can already be seen going up, they have the first element up currently as well as the launch.
This feels like, if the new Gerstlauer inverted coaster had a full layout. Currently the only one that exists (to my knowledge) is Storm in Tusenfryd Oslo Norway (my home park). I haven’t ridden it yet, I’m gonna do so in a few days, can’t wait.
That is awesome ! If you want my trick to remember which is a dive loop and which is Immelmann, if you dive towards the ground into a loop, well it's a dive loop, if not, it's not :p easy right ? Anyhow! Always a pleasure to whatch your videos as always
I saw the preview image of the video and i was like. hmmm lets see if silv mentions tornado in madrid when he visited last year. And yup hahaha It does look super cool right now!
Supports building is my favorite. You learn me a lot of things on rct3 (a long Time ago... In a galaxy...😁) and I use it on Parkitect since 4 years now. Continue like this bro and take it easy. Check from France.
Just visited 6 flags Adventure America (the jersey one) yesterday and somehow planet coaster came up. Having done some new rides at 6 flags - and having seen a sequel announcement I wanted to check out RUclips. Holy $#*t I remember watching this channel years ago for planet coaster college but never appreciated the craft and care - about to binge 50 coaster series because this is like watching a master class (Jaegerhorn was breathtaking)
Lets goooo new coaster video. Btw I am pretty sure the first element after the second launch is a dive loop. I remember Baron 1898 has an Immelman and this element is different from Baron.
Its crazy how long you can still talk about the supports. I would have been like: „yeah, next I‘ve build the supports“ and thats probably it😂. For me you dont need to show the whole supportbuild, I liked it just the way it was in this video
How safe is the Taron for small persons? I often had the feeling i got lifted out of my seat. I also lost "nearly" a eye when i hit the waterfall droplets in the frontseat. At that speed you feel it! Nice Coaster.
It's definitely safe! Though I totally get it if it feels unsafe, the restraints can feel quite loose. That's what I really like about the coaster, it really feels like you can fly off at any time but it's probably one of the safest models out there.
I actually really enjoy support building sections in planco videos! but it's far enough if you think most viewers wouldn't. I'd say a partial inclusion like here is a good compromise, though I'd certainly not complain about more
Great Layout, and insanely smooth. Only complaint is the support structure in the ravine, id have prefered side attached supports oposing ground mounted ones. One question out of curiosity: What is the ingame restriction for 2m and 1m pieces?
Fair point, I don't know for sure if that's realistic though. The 1m/2m pieces are not possible in the vanilla game, I'm using a mod launcher for that.
NIce video!! Why are you building the coaster with short tracks and then smooth?? I used to build with long tracks and smooth to save time. Do you do this to make the roller coaster ride smoother? Thank you Silva!!
I made you guys have a silv project. That was the plan.
I remember when you build a fake water park with friends. Looking forward to see some real water slides in Planet Coaster 2.
Love your builds.

Its insane how smooth it it, the POV looks like a different game!! Amazing
Thanks for the PoV, I really love seeing things evolve.
Just a mnemonic to help you: on a *dive loop,* the half *loop* is the *dive* (downwards) half of the element. So what you built is a dive loop.
It’s a lost cause, we tried for years now 😂
It's so easy to remember tho! A dive loop is a half loop that you *dive* into - meaning that the loop is the second part of the element, the part which brings you back to the ground
I like it! Looks like F.L.Y. and Taron had a baby! So smooth! Love the way the heartline rolls look on them Intamin Inverts!
Great layout and pacing!

You made this model really exciting and suprisingly modern feeling given the older looking box track!! The smoothing work really paid off, epic 👍
Silvarret Swag. This projects style is incredible. It's sick

Hi Silv! That final inline roll looks so good!! overall great coaster!
great video, as always! the way i memorized dive loops and immelmanns is that a dive loop ends with the half loop, which means you're "diving" into the "loop", and the immelmann is just the other one lol

1:20 The ride model in game is at least partially inspired by the defunct Volcano: The Blast Coaster at Kings Dominion in Virginia, USA. Full circuit launched Intamin invert.
Nah, you can't properly do full circuit. It forces you to do lapping as it's still a wicked twister clone.
That layout is insane.
Damn man...just impressive as hell

Definitely hit the Taron x Volcano the blast coaster vibe on point!!
