Great class today. Spoke to Rach the other day, she said she’s been in touch with you and hopes to again when it’s more convenient. We have a great sports facility here in Nottingham in the grounds of the university I think would make a great step venue 😄😄

I’m SO thankful to have found your channel because you’re such a well rounded trainer that touches on every aspect of fitness and health. Cause Lord knows I want to live long enough to collect my retirement money and be healthy and mobile to enjoy it! The other reason why I’m thankful to have found you is that I too have a natural arch and a BOOTY unlike those other “trainers” on RUclips that look more like stick figures. In my eyes, you are definitely a diamond in this rough RUclips world.
I like your mobility flow classes, too, but my favorite ones are these. Relaxed stretches that make my body feel good. I saved this one to my favorites and will come back to it.

This felt fantastic! I love gentle mobility and stretching. This really helped me loosen up after yesterday's full body. I totally agree with what you said about movement in the hips especially being a stress reliever. I definitely hold a ton of stress in my hips & neck. Thank you for helping me release it!

I’m not crazy about mobility. I have trouble with a lot of flow movements that use my shoulders. That said, this workout was perfect. I especially liked the knee circles on my back. Thanks Chris!
lol, emotionally needed this this morning! Letting go of the stress and tension and anxiety I was holding in my body (absolutely my hips!) felt so good. Lol, even teared up when I got to the end because it felt so good to physically work it out!
This morning I showeled snow and something happened in my back. Muscle cramp or something... The whole day has been quite difficult, but thought to try this one. And... I am feeling so good now. This was really great and will for sure be doing this many times again. Thank you, Chris ❤🙏
🤔 I have to look up yacht rock. Appreciate hip flexors strengthening, I do have difficulty with the abs balance moves in that way, didn't realise it was strength, assumed because I do step they would be strong enough. Thanks x😊
