Just arched 10 degrees 1 pipe EMT 1"X 10 $6.99 HDepot or Lowes. After that make the arch, in a rim, tire or some thing round solid . cut the pipe in half 5 feet and make twins arch and bolted. After that.,use other straight 5 feet pipe to back support on the twins pipe. make flat 2 inches, both sides, make holes 3/8s and bolded between twins. to make the holder pipe use flat steel 1 inch or buy holed flat in HD or lowes. We call conduit pipe all the time, If you really want to get technical this is actually called Electrical Metallic Tubing. They're not using it for it's intended purpose. So what's the problem?

A Video on creating the jig would be most helpful for those who do not have such a jig in the barn.
