Hey, Andrew nice video! That lens looks so compact. I have never shot a 40mm focal length on 35mm film cameras. I guess it is a good compromise if one like both the 35mm and 50mm. The cool mood you got going on there, love it !! Stay safe and keep them coming :)

Thanks for the video, really fancy that lens for my M6. Re the knob coming off, maybe have looked at removing it, putting a tiny blob of Loctite on it and screwing it back on. Making sure the Loctite is only on the threaded part, should work I'd have thought?
Depends on the lighting and my mood. I loved the Heliar, every image I took with it has a wow factor with beautiful dimensionality. The steel rim does a similar job with the benefit of being able to shoot with such a unique look at 1.4. I I prefer the handling of steel rim but the weight and size of the heliar.

I've had this lens for about a week. Super tiny and great for travel. On my M10 it renders so well, sharp, with great subject separation at f2.8.

I have to agree with you on the Kodak Pro Image, but still waiting for my 40mm Heliar.
