I remove the Mass Air Flow sensor from a 2015 Honda Civic SE. I clean it and install it back onto the car.
Something to watch out for. If the intake hose is the original, most likely there's already a crack on it, so it's a good idea to do some inspection. Be ready to install a new intake hose if need to. I do have a video on this same car where I install a new intake hose. You should be able to search and find it on my channel.
Love your videos man and cool seeing soneone doing as many different DIY stuff you do
Also with those boxes that you can take the top off can be easier ro remove if you pull the top first
I have needed to do mine also...Thanks for posting. I will come back and watch the whole video...gotta go right now.
It's an easy job. Removing the air filter box might be a little complicated.
Hello! Thank you for the video. Are you using a 1/2 or 3/8 in Drive to remove the bolts from the air filter?
thanks for the video
That is a Mocking Bird ... They're the jukebox bird cause they can learn over 200 songs ...
Probably is your good at recognizing bird singing.
@@WelkingVue your video was very informative by the way
what is your advice for my avalon 2006, it won't lock or unlock but 4 windows work. I replaced the windows switch control but it still the same. thank you
Why did you replace the window switch control? It would make more sense to replace the lock switch control. Unless you meant you replaced the master control. You didn't mention which lock isn't working, so I'll assume all door locks are not working. I'll also assume it's power lock and not manual. If I ran into this problem first step I would do is check the fuse. If fuse is good, second step I would do is test the power wire going to the door lock actuator to see if there's power. Removing one of the actuators from the car and manually test it wouldn't be a bad idea. If it works, then you know it's just not getting either power or ground or both.
@@WelkingVue thanks brother I will do
Hey man can you please tell me how you got the green star shaped plug/clip removed from the hole ?
what's the minute and second into the video? I'll take a look.
@ 4:21 in the background the cable that connects to sensor.
@@bucome736 If you're talking about the GREEN clip, I disconnected it at about 42 second into the video. I use a long bent needle nose plier.
