Wonderful! My 4am back only got stiffer as I spent a couple of pre-dawn hours on the computer. I remembered that I had bookmarked this video (I love latin dancing!). Now, 15 minutes later, stiffness is gone, energy is up, and I am ready and rarin' to go:-) Thank you!

Hi Cooki, there a few different ways to watch our videos on the big screen:
1. If you have a Roku, you can download the "SilverSneakers TV" app.
2. If you have smart TV or device (Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, etc.) then you can find many of our videos on your TV's RUclips app. Just search for SilverSneakers to find our channel. (Here's a direct link to our channel: ruclips.net/user/SilverSneakersvideos)
3. You can cast videos from your phone or computer with a cable or mirroring app.

Honey this is aerobics not dancing. DON'T LIE!
She is following a Latin rhythm and doing various Latin moves. The dance moves provide aerobic benefit. Its also called zumba!
