I love the history that your sharing. The amount of unworthy history I have learned from your channel is wonderful. I'm truly grateful and hope you never stop . Unworthy history I'm happy to learn from .
This was enjoyable to hear TRUE History. These brave souls stories/lives you have embraced and retold when even History Channel doesn't care . Much Respect Sir . 🤠🖖 ♨️
Thank you, Sir. Listened to this in our hotel room in Odessa, winding up a road trip having taken us to Cele Store, then Presidio via Pinto Canyon and Ruidosa, after which we took the long way back around through Marfa and westward passing Jett Rink, Valentine, and Prada, to Chisca Road toward Porvenir. Though we didn't make it all the way in due to the roughness of the road and comparative "unworthiness" of our rental car, winding up at El Capitan last night in Van Horn proved a pleasant recompense. Reading's story seemed to fit well within our excursion into Texas history as we prepare for our Iong trip home tomorrow. Anxiously awaiting your next offering...
@Darren Mcginn UK indeed, Sir. I attended college in Stratford. Studied "Bill" at the RSC. One of the few places I truly miss in my autumn years. All said, though... I am perfectly content, having made the Lone Star my home (in response to MrSlikvee).
I stumbled across your channel and throughly enjoyed your narratives on the history of settlement in America…… how I wish go to America to travel and learn more about your fascinating country, but out of my control that will never happen for me, so this is the next big step to do and that is to listen to you tell me some of your interesting, amazing and ‘death defying’ experiences of American History… 🇦🇺♥️
Do you ever tell the story about David Bushnell and his family? Some of the ladies in the D A R never heard of him.i am a relative of David. He changed his name to Bush and There is a monument to him in Warrenton, Georga. Also have you made a story of the Campbell's of Scotland?
Followed you, from near the beginning. The ”Umm's", early on.... A bit much to take. But, you still brought history. It looks like your growing and are figuring it out. God bless ya, for sharing history that isn't taught. We can delve into, how indians fought Indians, for 200 years prior. I'm particularly interested in this segment of American history. Thank you

And he was 25. No wonder the kids today are crazy, we keep them at the babysitting public school teaching them political correctness instead of anything at all whatsoever , not even reading , writing and spelling much less math. I'd go nuts too dealing with that for 12 years, right at the time you're suppose to be learning ss much as you can.
Yeah yeah yeah,…..Texas & California didn’t belong in Mexico either…But we got stuck w/ em. Crazy to think where that wall could have ended up, how much do you love Texas enough to have stayed there? Enough to learn Spanish as a 1st second language.
@@Chaske-Hoyt real crazy when you think all of Mexico should have been taken but the Americans were too nice and decided to just take north of the Rio grande. Old Mexico should be the largest state in the union.

Congratulations on reaching 20000 subs, well deserved.

Where are you from, if I may inquire?
That sounds like a massive conversion. From the peak of southern England to Scotland only 836 miles something like that.

Uvalde is my hometown. Other than some really bad pronunciations, your facts are good. Thanks for your REAL histories.
My husband grew up not far from Uvalde, in Menard
