You're such a good mamma! When you ask for help from your kids you let them try until they are most efficient. You'll never be sorry you taught that way. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing!❤️
I don’t know if you even realize how wonderful your videos are and what a world of service you are doing for all families. I hope you never stop making videos ❤️
@7Y8 Normally, I would agree with you because that’s definitely the case for a lot of RUclips families (think Utah moms). However, I completely disagree about you mentioning Lisa in this category because most of her content deals with cooking and homemaking and not on the kids. When she has kids on, it looks natural and not performed. She’s also not like the Utah mom influencers constantly going to events leaving their kids etc. She seems much more rooted in reality. She has greatly influenced many many moms to cook from scratch and care about their homes. I have a 1.5 year sourdough starter thanks to Lisa.
@7Y8 Lisa's channel isn't about her children... nor is her sister Laura's. So not the same as you mentioned lol and just curious as to why you watch all these channels and support them with your view if you dont agree with them... that seems like a waste of time.
I just had a baby three weeks ago so I’ve been watching way too much RUclips, but I am so thankful for channels like this where I’m at least learning some thing as I watch❤️
Nashville girl here! As soon as I saw the box labeled ‘Porter Road,’ I thought the name was so familiar! Realized I drive past this butcher shop all the time. Love it!
Great recipes as usual Lisa! The taco bowls, salad, and the pizza are definitely ones I know I can try without being intimidated. Would also like to add you looked so pretty in pink.
I have to thank you and your channel for reminding me about einkorn wheat. I had read about it years ago and I guess it just sat in the back of my brain for that long. A couple of years ago we discovered that my second daughter had a gluten sensitivity, and I had always said that when she was old enough I would ask her if she wanted to experiment with einkorn. Fast forward to this past February when I discovered your channel, and you triggered my memory about einkorn. Miriam was 5 and a half at the time, so I explained it to her, and she said she was up for trying. We have all been eating einkorn since then and she has had NO stomach problems!! I am thoroughly enjoying baking again.
Love seeing snippets with your kids helping out in the kitchen and in the field - Lol at the spinach picker! Love that you included that sourdough focaccia with the homemade mozzarella! That is so unique!
I like Crowd Cow for meat, chicken, fish, poultry minimum order $75 with $25 for shipping Lots of deals and better prices! Using them for almost a year..
You are so skilled at what you do! Your kids are lucky to have a mom as capable, kind, nurturing and hard working as you. Someone else said this first, but it’s so true….you look gorgeous in pink!
Summer meals look Delicious! I enjoy ur creativity in ur meals! Your children helping is a plus. They learn to in preparing a meal. Your respect for the land & animals is commendable!❤️🫶🏻💋
We slow cook our pinto beans in chicken bone broth and add a little pasta towards the end with smoked paprika a few chilies, and a bay leaf or two. 😋 Yummy 😋
Thank You Lisa, I do appreciate your sharing places I can buy some meat and other products. Always enjoy your videos been a subscriber for since before you moved. God Bless You and Your Family, ❤️🥰❤️ Chris
your knives by the stove should be pointing up bc if they ever fall you will not have a sharp blade faking towards your hands. plus from an ergonomic aspect is safer when grabbing for the handle
Hi Lisa! 🌺 I always enjoy your videos, thank you for amazing content! I love that you’re learning about grilling, wanting to give you a few tips I learned the hard way...😜🤣 When you’re using bamboo sticks, if you soak them a few minutes in water they’ll not burn as quickly... and sometimes it’s easier to do your meats all on skewers and veggies, etc as some meats grill quicker than some veggies. Hope that helps ya♥️ Excited to see what all you and your family get up to this Summer! 🥰
I enjoy all the content. You're so patient and work at a normal pace and you GET SOOOO MUCH ACCOMPLISHED even with tending to you children 👏. I was wondering are you and your husband prepping for all the craziness going on in our country due to fuel prices and food costs and shortages?
I thought of an idea if you don't have the specific maple balsamic . Add some regular balsamic with a little maple syrup . Also you can reduce balsamic vinegar down and it gets thicker and sweeter. Do this on low heat in the sauce pan. Try it is so good as a glaze or added to dressings!
I am excited for you! You tried the homemade cheese ! Great job. Also very easy to make homemade ricotta !!!! I have not tried mozzarella yet but I never buy ricotta and like you say it is because I tried it and know the steps and implement it in my kitchen so now it is easy to me. Use 2 cups of milk and then 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. You simmer the milk and then add the juice and take it off heat . And stir the curds come and then you sieve it and then I guess the part that is left is the whey the juicey part. Now I am no way a chese maker . You ca. Use cheese cloth to really get all the liquid out but I do this whenever I need ricotta for sauces like that chicken pasta meal you made or lasagna which I made an easy summer version. Anyways I know you can make it you have so much milk! And obvious I am not a cheese make so I am sure I will have corrections.
I just got done making a batch of ricotta cheese...it truly is very easy. I use my Instant Pot and use the Yogurt function...it will beep when it's ready and I just put in the 'acid' and set the timer for 5 minutes...drain with whatever you have, salt, chill and enjoy. When you can let something work for you and. you don't have to just stand there and watch it, it sure helps when you have young children...
I recently discovered your platforms thanks to your guest appearance on the Freely Rooted podcast, and I’m obsessed! I’ve been binge watching all your videos, and I’m excited to try your recipes!
I started making lemon ricotta pasta several months ago and made it once a week because it is delicious! I've never put chicken in it, but I'll be trying that! I'm also inspired to try making cheese! Your videos are great! Thanks!
Loved this video. 👍 I have recently discovered that does not matter what is growing in your garden it can go on a pizza. I will for sure try that first meal too using whatever I find out there in my garden but think I will sub the chicken for cut up turkey sausages. I have made my own cheese but I currently have 3 toddlers and a preschool so I just buy cheese.

I grow Sage, and I Love the scent. When you water it, you can smell the Sage. It almost has a mountain air smell.🌱
That sounds lovely!

The sieve sounds great. 👍 straining through cheesecloth takes so much time. I don't care if it's a bit runny. I will try this.

Can you show me how to ferment onions and jalapeños?
This video was washed out. Did you use a different camera? I finally purchased some einkorn flour. Let’s see how long it takes me to use it.
The vinaigrette sounds really good. I'll definitely try that.
Was there strawberries in it? I feel like I missed something! lol
