Good build. I recently built a i5 8500/ rx 580 machine for $300 got the motherboard/cpu/ram/cooler combo off ebay and the rest elsewhere like amazon with prime and the graphics card was $60 from a guy who worked at a police station.
even though this isn't a bad for $800, i feel like someone who is spending $800 for their *gaming* PC would want to prioritize their GPU over their CPU so the rx 6800 + r5 5600 would be much better combo and it can actually fit in a $800 budget and later on if needed they can still upgrade to all the X3D CPU on AM4
So I'm someone who wants a smooth gaming experience with good reaction time and good quality. Dream setup 1440P res, 32" display at the 144hz minimum, and high settings. I will say some of the FPS had me a little worried looking at numbers (Helldivers 2) but I see where the starting point is right now and how much it cost. Great video!!!! And I also agree, BEAUTIFUL case!!!!
@@JasonWitmerYT Thank you so much with your response I was thinking of buying a used am5 cpu on alliexpress bcs I could save more money for a better gpu though I'm not gonna buy a better gpu but midrange gpu rx 6650 xt
It's probably a better idea to get the RTX 3060 with 12GB of vram instead of 8. The current best "budget GPU" is the 16GB 4060TI (great for AI too if you're not just gaming). Great video.
if you consider the 4060ti 16gb as the best budget gpu ur just delulu lmao, for the same price u can get a rx7700xt which just is better overall for gaming
Idk why people dickride vram so much, while it's useful but getting a slower card for more vram (nvidia) is dumb if u want more vram and same performance and price just go amd, you can find the 6700xt for the same price as the 3060ti if not cheaper most of the time and it's rocking 12gb and performs on average around 10% faster
Then I recommend watching some absolute beginner guides on how to build a PC - there are a lot of videos that take it step by step and go over everything in exhaustive details for people who are new to the hobby. Or, if you don't want to build your own PC, you can always buy a prebuilt from a company. They are a little more expensive but all the work is done for you and it comes with a warranty incase anything goes wrong. Hope that helps!

nice! i just built a i5 7500 and a rtx 3060 12 gb gaming pc for $370, im really proud of it
How do you find the performance? I'm about to build the exact same but may push to a Rx 590 budget depending
@@glimmerman101 for $100 you can get a 1660 ti or a 2060. Get the 1660 ti and 2060 instead, it’s much much much better
@@stolenchaser not in Australia you can't. RX580 here second hand still $140 AUD if you find a good deal. 2060 fetching over $200 AUD
@@glimmerman101 oh dang
That pc looks sick especially for that Gamdias fish tank case
Great video sir, the PC looks very clean
Thb i would go for the 6700xt in that price range.
Lower power draw
Higher frame rates
And its cheaper
Great build as always.
very nice build, as always!!❤

Totally agree with this for $800 I would have went am4 and splurged on the gpu. Easily can build a 6800 5600 build for $800 even today
I know im kind of late but, does the motherboard have a wireless netwrok adapter built in??
The one listed does not, but you can easily buy a USB WiFi adapter.
@@JasonWitmerYT thx
orderI can't wait for them to arrive and play games.

Yeah this not a 1440p build its a great 1080p build though.
Great video you're an underrated Tech RUclipsr, btw is the ryzen 7500F a budget am5 cpus?
Thanks! Yes, I'd say the 7500F is absolutely the most budget AM5 CPU, but its crazy powerful for the price!
@@JasonWitmerYT Thank you so much with your response I was thinking of buying a used am5 cpu on alliexpress bcs I could save more money for a better gpu though I'm not gonna buy a better gpu but midrange gpu rx 6650 xt
Id wager to say an am4 build would be better suited to get more gpu power, however I understand going am5 for upgrade paths. 😊
Sure those weren't ThermalRight fans and not ThermalTake?
These manufacturers need to come up with more original names so I stop confusing them 🤦
Imagine if I named my channel “PinkyTake”
@@JasonWitmerYT HOW DARE YOU! LOL
can you make a video of building it please
FPS on mw3/warzone
lol, why is the thermal paste censored.
👀
@@JasonWitmerYT who says it's thermal paste
Is this everything you need to build it cause im thinking about building this pc
I guess you'll need a screwdriver, but yes that's it
Nice build bro !
but one question how did you connect all that fans to your Motherboard ?
Thanks! They are all daisy chained together and only use a single port on the motherboard.
@@JasonWitmerYTBut can you connect 9 argb fans to only 1 argb header, I heard its to much ampere for the header ?
I’ve always done it that way - you can get a fan header on Amazon if you want it to be SATA powered
Question doesn't the motherboard have a built in WiFi? I checked the specs and It says it has built in WiFi I'm confused
Two variants of it exist, one with wifi and one without.
Is this pc good for streaming
Absolutely!
