Oh com on the issue is to do with apple none of the first 2mins of this vid. Not using Microsoft server have different email provider and NOT definitely NOT Google or HOTmail Have installed Outlook app on both phone and desktop. Desktop connects ok with mail server, BUT the Outlook app installed on iPhone using the same credentials as Desktop version generates a rubbish message "Invalid address" which is utter BS.. Contacted Microsoft, they do NOT know how to fix the issue, which is clearly an incompatibility between Apple and Microsoft. I use IMAP on the desktop Outlook and want to keep my emails synced. But this seems to be impossible.
Hi there, thank you for your question! Have you tried to clear the Outlook app cache? Go to Settings > Outlook > Reset Account and tap Reset Account. This will delete the local cache data and force the app to sync with the server again.
I don't know what version of Windows you are using, but my Windows 11 menus don't look anything like yours.
