None of these fixed my issue for my customer. Tried completely uninstalling all existing office programs (4 installed) using a microsoft scrubber. Also used another software from microsoft to get logs for their customer service that is supposed to meet up later today on a possible fix. I was going to try a new profile - but having DUO installed causes more of a headache since it won't allow you to create new profiles without making other adjustments to duo... At this point with all the time into this - it would have been quicker backing everything up and reinstalling windows. When I find my solution I'll try to reply on here for you.
If anyone having issue within CITRIX upgrade the VDA agent to 2402 this fixed the issue for me. After installing this 2402 VDA IdentityCache and OneAuth folders are getting created properly inside CITRIX session and post logoff and relogin they are working as expected.

No solutions worked for me, I think my problem is with my apps failling to connect with windows servers and not the files in themselves.

I ended up in creating new profile and installed new office 365.. I will check ur steps and update.
None of these worked for me. The PowerShell commands failed to execute with errors. Any thoughts?
