this is one of the kindest songs ever written...im a therapist and am in tears now, after having a session that was very much inspired by this with a cliente. Hope I helped him!
😂
In tears?
This is my favourite Velvet underground song when I'm sad I play it endlessly until I feel good
It's also mine, it's beautiful
One of the best songs written 💜
So simple and elegant, in the classic Lou Reed style.
This is a love letter to who needs it...
One of the absolute best songs written 💜
This man and his old band are one of the most influential acts in modern music.
Underrated guitar player. Unique sound.
Tears. Just lovely. Pity we'll never get the chance to see him for real now.
Complimenti peccato non averlo conosciuto prima . Un artista meraviglioso
I feel so lucky to have lived in his time , and witnessed his beauty
A wee masterpiece by Lou. RIP.
I was at this show.
Nico sorely missed here.
Brilliant !!
The best!
What's up with people here? Sounded good to me.
Not that good.
His best performance!
His best performance.
What a peculiar man.
Wowowowow
His best performance
❤
💖💖💖💐
man i didnt think Lou could do this without Nico. Then Lou's puts this recording that comes back to haunt me from his grave saying "fuck you you oversized shit, watch this" and he proves me wrong. Thanks Lou!
Poeta
omg amphitheatre
for Nick Morgan
Only NICO CAN SING THIS MIRROR
La mejor está cantada por Nico, me gusta mucho Reed pero esta canción no tiene color cantada por ella
He look’s like Theodor a friend i had now passed
Nico is needed.
Very Jacques Lacan.
Never heard a song murdered like this before
@Slater Slater That would only count if it was the Stones doing a horrible version ... and I'm sure they've done one just as bad as that! lol
Yeah. Seems like he just wings it
Bob Dylan can massacre his songs like a champ.
1:05 George Costanza sleeping on this song...
That was the year ,the ROLLING STONES recorded BRIDGES TO BABYLON in LAWOMAN town and my gallerist STEVE VASKONDELLOS (at that time HEROIN supplier of the R.S.was hired away from the gallery m y art was to be shown on North Beverly Drive (CARTHEW THOMPSON) by DYANSON GALLERY on RODEO DRIVE,where PETER MAX then sold each and every single piece and m y show didn't even get a review in the LA WEEKLY
I lived in a 7br 7 bathroom mansion on north Rodeo Drive with the founder of the legendary CHINA CLUB an ambitious blackman and his girlfriend who worshipped my art and some women from the horizontal business ,the blackman invited there.
Not a s i n g l e painting got sold.
One guy fell asleep in the audience
Bassist did not tune. Or forgot to play in tune.
Rebecca Lynn the fact that it's a fret less bass makes it very easy to sound out of tune, he probably was tuned but couldn't hear himself or something of the sort
Out of tune guitar for starters, can’t sing in tune, he can hardly play guitar. Life is an illusion.
