    I chose this video to wrap up, today’s workout session. “Train Your Brain Rebounding”, so very fun. I’ll be doing this one again and again until I perfect it. 😀
    Rebounding is so good for your body AND brain. I bounced the equivalent of jogging 6 miles with none of the impact 🥰💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

    Omg, I was all over the place, but after doing quite a few rebound workouts on the tube, you have one of the best channels.going, even though I can't keep up with you. You Def have a new viewer. I'll be back again!!!

    Hello Claire, Maria again from Florida. Fantastic job to not only challenge my body, but certainly my brain. You make it so much fun to follow you through each exercise, with less (in the beginning) and then gradually more success. I am happy to see that I am not the only one messing up!!! You keep the exercises so interesting, I keep looking forward to them.

    AWESOME!!! By the end, my brain was done! ❤️🤣 I LOVE ALL YOUR REBOUNDING VIDEOS! Even my 84 year old MOM in California does a couple beginner videos with you. She has to be careful, and her Rebounder has a Handle Bar for security if she needs it. ❤️

      It’s a tough one for sure but keep trying and you will get it 😊
      The leggings are made by one of our followers called the sink artist. You can find her on Etsy or Fb and she makes them out of her kitchen sink. Great quality material and feel to them. I have 2 pairs and love them

    This is by far one of my favorite rebounding workouts. How many times did you have to run through this to get it down so well?

      @@raz3780 I practiced everyday for a week before I filmed then before that it took me about 4 days to put the choreography together and make sure it flowed. I usually practice for an hour a day if I’m creating routines
