I have two problem LG.
1. The softener section is not dispensed.
Yes, I used tooth brush and if put a small mirror into the dispenser tray you can see holes where water should come out. Yes, I brush and clean all of the holes
tooth brush. Still not dispensing. Maybe I should dilute? But the softening bottle said to pure in as I did, was ok but not lately.
2. I have my laundry renovated SO I connected the hose to the inlet (Inlet has a filter and another screen inside, YOU have to take that out too to clean. In this video LG only showed to take out the filter with a pliers. In normal wash, full water took longer than indicated. It seems that just before spin, as I have a LG Fizzy 8.5kg Isencer, it keep put water in and in So it took 45mins to and hour more And it wash and use 200 Lts. I know as I put the hose into a 200 Lts drum.
So, is it the programming dash board need to reset ? I connect the the water from my tap in my garden to my garage - about 10m via copper pipe.

Regarding your first issue the cleaning is the only option you can do to solve to softener issue. if it is still not working you need to call for service for a proper checking.
The same for the second issue, it seems that there is an issue in the machine to fill water either from the inlet filter or the water supply or the sensor is defected which mean you need to call for service to check properly the issue.
