My he top load machine has no visible filter. Where could it be located? I am in Canada.

in most of the top load the filter is not external but internal ib the other hand you will have inside the drum a small filter that stops the stuff from going inside the draining system..

Hey my issue is with the dial. It wont let me rotate to drain only off and water-rinse

yes it is normal it will have some water there you need to evacuate it to clean the filter

There is a mall tube n left side of the drainage filter open it a small pot to evacuate water without any leakage on the sides.
