Apparently Dell Mobile Connect isn't available anymore?, and Microsoft Phone Link is only set up for Androids, and I couldn't find the QRC to get it to work... Odd

Will this be usable even after they discontinue support? It looks like they are doing away with it completely in November.

Just to clarify, when what stops being supported?

it seems like this doesn't work anymore since the app can't be downloaded. is there a workaround or can I download the app from a third party site somewhere? thanks

I had this problem for a bit too, I was able to solve it by changing the way I downloaded the software. Most videos tell you to go to the Microsoft store website and do it there, I found if I hit the windows key and then typed "Dell Mobile Connect" and then clicked on the app on my computer, the page it directed me toward from there allowed me to download the software.
Then to get it to actually work, I had to use the work around shown in the video.
      Hope that helps.

@@ComputerGuyChris It actually prevents it from showing up in the results. You can circumvent by directly opening up a link in your browser to the store, but then the download button is grayed out on purpose.

I get stuck on the bluetooth pairing part for connecting messages. It just loads for a while and then prompts me to retry every time. Any thoughts?

hm, I would do a few things to check. The first thing I would check is if the bluetooth receiver in your computer is working. Try pairing a pair of bluetooth headphones to your computer and see if it connects. If it doesnt, the issue is with the bluetooth receiver in your PC. If it does connect, I would run the same test on my phone and make sure the bluetooth on the phone works.

@@ComputerGuyChris thanks for replying! so I ended up being able to connect the bluetooth but then get an error specifically for messages. I got really frustrated trying to figure it out so now my solution is using a program called NoMachine which allows me to remote connect to my mac and I can access everything that way. Thanks again for your help!

I actually checked this morning again and was having an issue where it wouldnt sync. I disconnected using the app and then reconnected using the QR code and now its working.
