Hi Friends, I am talking about Poor acads- Is top college possible?
If you have low academic marks in 10th, 12th or graduation and that's what makes you discouraged to do an MBA from the top B-schools in India, this video might be of some help to you and might give you some hope moving forward and choosing your career path.

My Friend Graduated From IITB He got AVG 75% in 10th and 12th and unable to get into IIM A despite having 99.92% AND one guy did his 10th and 12th from village schools with cheats and all and able to get 90% avg in 10th & 12th and qualified for IIM A. What selection system is this, how can one depend in someones scores past 8 years. Thats why IIM cant beat IIT's in Meritocracy

Agreed with you point, but IIT’s too are plagued by the same category issue that IIM is plagued by, for SC ST the scores for cut off are so low, not near, super low that it in itself is a joke. And that’s the reason IIT’s can’t be displayed as the true beacon of meritocracy
It's all possible but it is just students with low academics don't put efforts to score 99%ile in CAT because the belief is there's no way IIMs will pick low academics.

I got 97.65 percentile all sectional clear OBC 7/8/7 Did not got call from any of the BLACKI. So, yes poor acads does matter a lot and thats a harsh reality

Honest opinion from what I have observed. IIM I is very hard for average students. It only accepts toppers. IN L you have some chance but l, B, A are very tedhi kheer.
