Using MEGUIAR'S 10 oz. PlastX Clear Plastic Cleaner and Polish is way far better than looking for a orange and baking soda and a tooth brush and a sheet of plastic. MEGUIAR'S is only $7.99 plus tax. It only takes 2 minutes to add and wipe off and you don't even get any on your bumper like using everything in this video. Plus the bottle will last you for over 25 applications on each lens plus the rear lenes. Oh yeah forgot the WD 40 can leave a film on the lens and the orange well you can eat it instead of wasting it.
U don’t neee any of that ish. All u need is a sponge with a scrub side and off bug spray. I charge $30- $50 bucks to clean headlights and on average make $1300 as a size hustle and it’s a 3 min job. JS Spray scrub and wipe. No kidding!

I heard brake fluid works the best....put it on a dry towel and rub it in, don't be bashful, get it all over the place...Now here is the important part. Let it stand for at least 10 to 15 min. before you wash it off. Works every time.
Baking soda and baking powder are two different things. Which is it? I saw another video with citrus and baking soda that came out the same as this without using WD-40. What purpose does it serve?
😂😂😂😂the headlight is still blind like it was before😂😂😂🤦! But now you also ruined the Red paint right under the headlights and the on the bumper 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂....
Might be an ok step, right before the actual wet sanding. Then finished with a 2k clear. Although to remove that initial yellowing, I’d try it, but not keep on repeating that process.
Honestly just being honest but it looks the same before the orange juice process lol no I'm playing bro but foreal that was a whole lot of work and it seriously didn't look that clear , sometimes look cause I do alot of work in mechanic and auto collision and sometimes you just need to replace the whole headlight order new one simple fix like 100 bucks maybe less depending were you buy but yea the headlights alot of times in time they get permanent damage by the sun
Would like to see it used on a really jacked up headlight, also where can I get a good clear coat replacement? I’m exhausted now taking a nap. I like the idea though. He’s right about the WD-40 though, stuff cleans everything and anything.
That will damage paint! I would recommend taping off areas and protect paint before starting to use the acidic OJ and baking soda! Yeah some girls are actually smart! Lol
YOU REALLY WANNA GET IN THERE 😂 because The properties of baking soda help remove the fuels that the other cars throw 😂 and the 🍊 did absolutely nothing other than giving ur lamp a lil vitamin c and the w-d40 is just crazy you better off using Win-dex .
I see what you did. The baking soda acts like an abrasion. So you are pretty much using the baking soda as opposed to a very light sandpaper or polishing compound. Never thought of using baking soda that way but if it works it works.
Chemical Guys make something that works really good, you just spray on wipe off and done. My ch easier quicker process for an absolutely brilliant finish. Stuff even smells delicious, and that way you can save the orange for a snack later on
Ummmmmmm, baking soda mixed with white vinegar and applied in circular motion with a micro fiber cloth made my headlights go from yellow haze to crystal clear!.... But all this - DAMN! 🤯
Next time just eat the orange and use a buffer with polishing compound
😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂 hahahahaha
But if you don't have $150 buffer and expensive polishing compound, this is a nice little trick I would say
Helps remove rust dirt and paint

And BTW, FJB!
There's really not that much of a difference, the headlight still looks foggy after using all of that stuff.
Right

It’s the baking powder for me 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Think I'll just go ahead and buy something that's made to restore my headlights. But Entertaining video 👍🏻😆

Cleaned it with the same rag you used to remove the chemicals, !!! NICE !!!

Or just use coca cola

I think the acid in that orange will eat the clear coat on the paint.....at the very least

WD-40 does not hurt paint finish. I've used it many times to remove tar, tape adhesive, ect, from the paint, without damage.

But how much damage did you do to the paint with the citric acid and baking soda? Get back to me in a year and let me know if it still looks ok...
And the WD-40 good luck if you ever need a paint job that soaks into the paint and metal
All you need is toothpaste with a whitener and a fine grade sandpaper. Crystal clear results.
Thanks for sharing. Did you say breaking powder or breaking soda?
I think the real question is how long does this process last?
That the question, everyone should ask .. thanks Ronald
This do only WD 40 and last before you wash the car😂😂😂

Mothers aluminum polish works!
I tried that, sorry very disappointed.. did not work
Deep woods off does the same thing lot easier spray and wipe you will see the yellow coating come off but not perfect

A waste of a good orange! 🍊
Bug spray worked great on mine

Just used Beg repellent and i guarantee it will work.
I also heard if you use mermaid piss and an apple it does the same thing 😂😅😂
I just sand them with 2000 grit sand paper and clear coat them I've done it on a couple of my old cars and never had them go cloudy again
You are selling snake oil my friend. When the oil from the WD40 dries out it looks worst.😮
Just use vim VIM takes everything off makes it beautiful won’t scratch a lot quicker than what he’s doing
About you in orange, they cost too much $10 for a bag of oranges, so oranges are higher. The cleaning Wick WD40 works. This is good

- Tooth Paste
