Thanks for that Paul. Yep that is so right .....its a pretty big air con so I'll make sure there's some distance from the platform. Alternafively I may have to attach some polycarbonate sheets which I also managed to salvaged from my original set up.
No I didn't........its actually illegal here in NSW to transfer frogs/ tadpoles to other bodies of water. I'm just going to try my hand at a small pond here and if there's any frogs aroundI (which I know there are) I' 'm sure they'll find the pond......just like they did in my original place.

I just had a closer look at the air con ...luckily the air vents are on the side AWAY from the plants .....
