1:53 if you are feeling nauseated 🤢🤮 ginger is great for helping with that. Ginger biscuits, Lemon & Ginger & Three Ginger Tea, my mum used to mix a few drops of ginger essential oils into a carrier oil (almond for example) & she would rub it on my little sisters feet from 9/12 months to 6/7 years old whenever we went out in the car. I always keep ginger biscuits & ginger teas at home.
