I know I may just be old school but I change mine with rotella t6 full synthetic and I change mine every 6,000 miles. I do it myself to cut down on cost.

    Eban
    Thanx for the video.
I have the 6.7 cummins in my motorhome and has Amsoil in it.
That motorhome weighs 22000 pounds. 10.5 miles to the gallon on that beast.
    YES Amsoil is that good.
Good job on video and thanx.

The engine flush caused the problems....guaranteed. Engines and transmissions should never be "flushed".....ever. I've personally experienced similar issues after "flushes" and will never do them again. Drain and fills are all you ever need.

I agree with the Transmissions there's no reason to do high powered flushing with the system but when it comes to engine flushes it's actually great we've done hundreds on the channel and some of the best results ever this is one of my best videos on an engine flush - ruclips.net/video/f7nrBNi1k9Y/видео.html

All Pre DEF trucks made oil with the regen process. Oil needs to be changed sooner rather than later on those.

Most likely it’s wash down and in those year trucks I believe even Amsoil recommends no more than what the manual says for intervals of 7500 miles.. when he splashed oil on his hands and whiped it off you could tell it was full of soot usually it won’t stain like that.. been an Amsoil user for years but it’s to expensive to change twice a year and to risky to leave it in for that many miles especially in newer diesels...

You can actually go quite a bit longer comfortably 25,000 miles.
This is my oil analysis playlist you'll see a 26000 mile oil change also I have a 46 Thousand Mile oil change on a over-the-road truck.

Hey even. Do a cold flow test torco vs amsoil. Both group 4 oil.

Use a little trans fluid. It'll clean the stains off. Then no more speckled puppy!

I've been a tech for over 20 years doing both gas and diesel. It's one way I've kept my hands clean from the soot stains.

Magic is brother of Dick Cooper, hahaha.
But at 2,1% of soot, it will stain his hand skin for a while...
