That project was just about 2 days work. The 040 does have slightly less hydraulic flow than the 57 but this head is perfectly matched to the 040. To be honest the six-way blade on the 040 makes finding balance on any slope a breeze so I would vastly prefer it over the 57. Occasionally wish I had a little more reach but it's rare for the size projects that we tackle.
great video and nice job - did you have to modify the mounting plate at all for that mulcher? Or does Kubota's coupler universally mount to most attachments?
Great video! How long did it take to clear that? Does the KX040 have enough juice for the mulcher, or do you wish you had gone with a 057?

No modifications necessary, the head is an Indeco IMH4 and it came delivered ready to run with the appropriate Kubota quick coupler ears.
