And since these campaigns had a lot of dialogues, and people say the first chapter was silly so I had to skip them in order to save time and resources. Besides, Resurrection also told the events in the previous campaigns. However, I can get back to cover those campaigns once Turnro makes AI voices for them. I'm also hoping that he will rework his dialogues and story for the better.

No, as Xral has stated many, MANY times already, these voice lines were added in via video editing since the campaign file is protected. The Author, Turno does plan to add his own AI voices in the future however. So no, you can't play it because it doesn't exist yet.
