FibEmu - emulator for Fibaro HC3 QuickApp development using Visual Studio Code

Installing FibEmu on Windows 11 / Visual Studio Code for for QuickApp development offline.
(also tested on MacOS)
1. Install Python3
2. Install Visual Studio Code
3. Install Git tools
4. Clone fibemu GitHub repository
5. Install python libraries
6. Setup config.json file with HC3 credentials
7. Install "Lua Local" vscode extension
8. Run the example QA file....
9. Have a look at the web UI and interact with the QA, buttons and sliders.
10. Open the Swagger API to see supported REST APIs mimicking the functionality on the HC3
