This video explains biological process that are at the backbone of evolution of new viruses. I have used example of SARS-Corona Virus 2 to explain the process. But, mechanism is similar for all other viruses.

AOA sir that was pretty awesome and meet all the necessary things demanded by the viewers .. Sir as usual i have a question if we use synthetic spikes of covid 19 and block all the receptors on epithelial cell then will there be any change in normal receptors functioning

yes, this is a legitimate therapeutic approach. for this however, one does not need whole spike protein but small peptide that can bind to receptor or some other small molecules that can block receptor.
