S3: Make sure to get std tested it's not the first time he cheating or attempted to. Make her to get fully STD tested full screening including hpv. They do a smaller STD test sometimes. Second make sure you get behind a code lock door or keylock door when you go to sleep. No him getting drunk and something happens stuff. Do not make yourself in trouble if your saying that. Tell him you have been struggling with panic attacks and you need to see a therapist you have no one to talk to and talking to him is giving you panic attacks. Like the room is closing in on you all the time. Use part of the money to squirrel away. Keep it in cash if you can and put it into a safe depot box. Tell him you need to be behind a lock door to cry sometimes. Because of your panic attacks. Go to couples therapy. Tell him in 2 to 4 months you want to try and go to couples therapy. Or as soon as your person therapist says your ready. Right now, you need money and time. So get money and time. (see that therapist - put a little padding on the cost of the therapist) If you say you want to go to couples and you can pushout the timeframe it will give him the feeling like maybe there's hope. But frankly USE the time. He's saying sorry now use all his sorries. This isn't a pretty spot your in. Sometimes in life you gotta drink lemon water instead of lemonade. Also, spend as much time as you can outside the house. Maybe get another job or something else. Say you are thinking about taking more classes for a doctrine or something. But get out of that house as much as possible.
So why tf weren't the sister and BIL helping out? Why was a 15 year old kid having to take the brunt of the work, missing school and skipping out on his own job to do this?
Second Story: Honestly, OP should have reported the cops who refused to help her to Internal Affairs. She has way more than enough evidence for them to help her.
