Bird Community Raised Money to Help Rescued Cockatoos in Need | The Chloe Sanctuary

💚The bird community raised money to help the Chloe Sanctuary for Parrots and Cockatoos. Parrot Sanctuaries and Parrot Rescue are being financially impacted due to the deadly virus that has affected the world. Donations are down 80% for many Parrot Rescues and Bird Sanctuaries. The Chloe Sanctuary has dramatically been impacted by little funding coming in. Many of the birds at the Sanctuary are special needs, require medication, and regular vet care. I called Don Scott Founder of The Chloe Sanctuary to see how he and the birds were doing while on lockdown. He said financial things were getting scary, and he was going to start using his credit cards to support the birds. I decided to make The Chloe Sanctuary for Parrots and Cockatoos, my nonprofit for my FaceBook Birthday Fundraiser.
