You can import data into Blue via CSV so as long as you have a Trello Power to allow that, you're good to go. To the best of my knowledge, Blue doesn't have the ability to forward emails to create cards.
Thanks, Dave, I've viewed a few of your videos and like your presentation style. I nearly refunded Blue until I saw your video here but have now added another Tier on AppSumo since you explained everything very clearly. I can now see the power of Blue. Nice one!
If AiTable and Retable had a baby it would be Blue! We stacked after watching the founders webinar and realizing it would fit nicely in between both apps as part of our database workflow. Really great review that highlighted in more detail what the previous walkthroughs left out. Thank You!!!
Once Microsoft crept into Trello and jacked the Gold membership pricing on my 544 project boards I said DONE so looking for a replacement since, this might be the #winWIN! 🎉
@ I have a Lead Generation & WordPress Website Development Agency. I was about to use ClickUp but after found this video, I wanted to go with something different. It seems like you like Blue, I will just go with it.
Yeah, it's definitely worth trying! Remember 60 days refund policy with AppSumo so not much risk. I have used Clickup extensively in the past as well, and I didn't like the direction they were going personally.
Is it possible to assign an email conversation to a specific folder? For example, if you receive multiple emails about an offer, can you organize them all into one folder, such as a "Product" folder, so you can view all related conversations in one place? This would allow you to avoid searching through your inbox since everything would be neatly organized in the "Blue Folder" for that client.?
In the Dashboard view, there's a bunch of other tabs across the top next to CREATE CHART... are those pre-made reports that you said were missing? Or are they something different?
@@dave-swift now I'm torn between this and Fluent Boards ... it's just missing a bunch of little niggly things, but I like its integration with fluent crm and fluent support... but Blue seems to have it all.
@@SamFrysteen I usually find with the LTDs that they add features as they go, especially if their users request them enough. I just got Blue for my solo projects.
@@vinylimpressions I meant that Fluent Boards is missing lots of things. Blue looks amazing ... but the integration of Fluent Boards with fluent crm and fluent support is what's holding me back
It’s funny, the app looked great until you went to the kanban board. The list titles have icons that are much too close. Seems trivial but man that really bothers me.😂
That´s why i bought both. They are complete different Tools for the same function "Projectmanagement". LiftOs is very new , but extremly flexible and customiceable. It is more a dashboard system for different "Workpaces" / "Spaces" / "Sections" . It can later be a litttle bit chaotic. You must have your own thinking style for this. On the other side is Blue, with very granular options for input projects, create User Roles (Love it, because i am "CMS" lover like Wordpress, Drupal. Typo3 , etc.) , dynamic options like Automation, Webhooks , etc. The similar thing of both tools is, they have extremly great Developers with good further developement and ideas.
TWO QUESTIONS: 1. Can we import existing data from Trello? 2. can you forward emails to the card / project?

Hey Dave - thanks for the review, super clear!
Glad it was helpful!

Great to hear! Thanks for commenting @vinylimpressions.
Thanks David, great to watch an actual review of a product. I've picked up Blue, cheers
Thanks StarGazer. I hope Blue works out well for you. 👍

Thanks for sharing! Appreciate the comment.
Thanks Dave, right in the market for a tool like this.
Thanks Mike. Always good to see you in the comments. 👍
Another great review!
Thanks for watching! 😁
File uploads are unlimited. Individual file size limit is 5GB.
Yes, that is what is said in the video 👍
how do things get into activity list? Do you have to insert it manually or can you cc the card from your emails
The activity list is a log of everything that has happened on your account.

It’s actually Atlassian that bought Trello. They bought loom recently too!
@@dave-swift poor Loom!
Haha, Atlassian is actually a very decent company, but it's always tough when your favorite products are acquired by a larger company.
Ordered! (I am assuming clicking your link helps you out a little)
Yes, it does. Thanks!
Which one is a better option? I’m ready to buy. This Vs LiftOs & Edworking.
Sorry, I don't have experience with those two, but Blue is solid!

Blue doesn’t have an email component. Is more project management than sales pipeline.

Good question, no those are just filters to filter what dashboard are available to open.

Would love a comparison with Lift Os
I haven't tried LIftOS. Deal ending in a few weeks. Anyone else interested in liftOS? (Like or comment here).
Interesting, thanks!
You bet!
Can you comment if the notifications are seamless on Android phone.
Sorry, I'm an iPhone person! Maybe someone else can help. documentation.blue.cc/start-guide/download-apps
Thanks, very helpgul
Glad you found it useful!
Hi Dave, How is this compared to liftOS?
Hi @unitedpicturehouse, unfortunately I haven't tested lifeOS yet.
@@dave-swiftwould be awesome to see a review of that!

The icons are just emojis from the template. You can add a space or delete them. Hope that helps.
It's 59$, not 49$. How do I get it at 49$?
Sorry, sale is over now. Best you can do is save 10% with AppSumo plus.
Is it better than Amwork?
Amwork is a better Sales CRM. Blue is a better project management tool.
I did not like Blue. I prefered LiftOS
That's fair! Thanks for commenting @rockrecon
