They had the damage to a pretty realistic model very early on but helos were going down in a second or two because there were so many vehicles available to use. 14.5mm, 23mm, 30mm, all of them just shreded them even a kilometer out. it wasn't fun to play because you literally couldn't fly helos unless all enemy vics were gone, its why they have a damage reduction multiplier for helos. Usually transport helicopters don't even operate in the same area that enemy autocannons are active.
@@McSniffle project reality had a more realistic damage model but larger maps and probably lesser view range, I think that would be a better compromise if possible

I was gonna say parachutes... but when would you EVER fly that fucking high with a chopper? xD Maybe in a future plane update or some shit. Idk maybe that is tapping into Arma territory but some transport plane or calling in an AC-130 like the new UAV system they will have would be dope as fuuuuuuuuuck! They should also add gore. Not unrealistic gore from all bullets as we still need the medic system, but a tank shot to the chest does a liiiitle more damage than a tiny scratch... just saying. xD

Soft landing like a breese. Changing the role under BTR-pressure. And then the escape back to the main. The best 19 minutes I watched ever 👍
