I have a hard time flying helicopters in Microsoft Flight Sim, and also having a very hard time flying these in squad, but after watching your videos I think im understanding the controls better. I use an A-10 Stick for more immersion.
@GameGeek51 at the time of recording this video there was a bug with the rudder inputs. You could bind 2 separate keys to left/right rudder and pressing both at the same time would increase the effectiveness... sadly it was patched
By the way, how did you do the key that is pressed on the top left of the broadcast screen? Can you tell me? I'm going to try recording using that too.
The helicopter gameplay in squad is just too arcady. thats why i never considered trying this game cuz of all the stupid J-hooks and other stuff. boring as hell
@@alexnovak3319 then squad probably isn’t a good game for you. But it can be. There are plenty of servers/ communities that host special events like 1 life events (self explanatory) where players are a lot more serious. That’s not really my style so that’s why I haven’t tried/ posted any videos of it.
I haven't played Squad for a couple of years (I sucked at it but still like watching the game videos). Give Squad a go if you want to. People were always suitably respectful of the women players on the servers I used. If you encounter idiots, it's likely the other team members won't like them also. I found 98% of people to be friendly and helpful.

It was left/right rudder. There was a bug that has since been patched allowing for faster rotation if 2 separate rudder keys were held...

it was to fix the desync bug before take off, but no need to worry about that bug anymore as it has been patched since that clip was recorded
