    Unbelievable! The exercises my chiropractor gave me and several I tried from other you tubers did NOTHING compared to this one simple thing! Omg I can not thank you enough! I'll do this every day I'm alive. INSTANTLY relieved shoulder pain I've had for months. Every time it hurt again I did this exercise and wow, glorious relief! It's a week now and no more chronic horrible shoulder pain AND it's improved my posture! God bless you every day kind sir!

    I have been suffering from shoulder pain for the last 15 years, I recently got diagnosed with inflammation of the bursa, tried everything and nothing worked.
    Today I had a particularly bad day for the pain and went on a mission watching and trying everything, nothing seemed to give any relief until I stumbled on this video.
    After holding this position a few times I got the relief I was looking for, and for the first time since ages I can raise my arm without pain

    I have had that pain for the last four years and every professional I have been to have not been able to tell me this fix. I wish I saw this year's ago. It cleared my shoulder pain in a matter of days. Now I always make sure my thumbs are pointing forward when my arms are hanging. Thank you doctor!!

    Ok dr m. I am giving you 1/2 credit for this video. Had shoulder paon for years..and therapy..waste of money and time.. only thing that worked.. those amazing shoulder in jections...my entire body went back to 30 yrs old... but we all know shots are limited... so... jyst happened across your vud.. shoulders been killing me for weeks.. i use roll on lidocaine with fingers crossed.. i just did this ... stretch.... i coukd actually feel on both sides bone lifting off the pain point.. kinda like old rusty trash can lids.. both sides... repeated .. again i felt both lift off...i assume the bursa... so i like that.. i am very sckeptical how this will retrain my shoulders to not be rounded .. as my entire fam has rounded shoulders.. i will see if ut does

      did the cortisone injection help ?

    • @DavidSmith-pg1ob
      @DavidSmith-pg1ob 3 года назад

      Cortisone reduces inflammation (and temporarily reduces pain), but it does not promote healing. Cortisone is something your body produces during a "fight or flight" situation where you need to use the joint, even if it is injured.

    So how will that reduce the inflammation that has already occurred?

    • @daedum3177
      @daedum3177 4 года назад

      I've been dealing with this problem for over twenty years. It will not reduce the inflammation that has already occurred but rather prevent and or minimize said inflammation later. Sadly there is little to no permanent fix to chronic bursitis outside of surgery which can lead to other complications.

      Bev croft . You very likely have tight neck, trapezious muscles. A nerve in your neck is experiencing pressure from tightness, and it can flow all the way down your arm to 2 fingers. More so if you are using trap muscles to raise arms, typing. It is common.
      A good masseuse that applies light pressure to neck muscles. SCM, and lower traps. No heavy manipulation.
      .
      Also, Google and YT for "Graston"/ fascia treatments. Gua Sha? Is the Chinese method. Same thing. Some pics look intimidating when rubbing the scar tissue but it is low pain, sometimes no pain. Shoulders are common for scar tissue to limit motion.
      I have experience and success with all of this. Hope it helps.

      ye i think its a trapped median nerve i get a lot of numbness in the pinky and ring finger, yet my medical advice was taken vitamins and supplmentsand dindt even get examined, ,so i think i need to go back for second opionion as i cant live with this pain and hte nerve pain pills are doing nothing to help , but yes if i can find someoine to massage me ill try it , i have been using ultrasound machine but cant reach lower eno9ugh to get traps properly
