Savinder ji, Your Channel and turorials are really inspiring and I got hooked up for 8+ hrs while I was searching whats new to learn and appraise myself. This video is superlative, and with my personal experience and continuous learner attitude I started my career and learned and grown as IT ERP Projects Head and today I have set another goal to complete DevOps and I am lucky to get you as a Mentor to start another milestone, I manifested my goal and I researched and I got into your channel after several youtube video watch. Thanks for inspiring and help me to set a goal.
Every time I watch one of your videos, it feels like I’m getting an insider’s roadmap to the industry. You don't just share theories. You speak from real experience, and it resonates 100%. Your insights are like precision tools cutting through the fluff and giving exactly what someone in the business world needs to hear. It’s clear you live and breathe these facts, and I can see why your advice turns into results. Hoping to learn more under your mentorship, it would be a privilege to dive deeper with someone who truly understands the game at every level. You always inspire me to grow and move forward. Thanks
Thanks @Savinder Puri for this video. I find your voice and demeanor very calm and soft and love watching your videos as I get to learn a lot from them. I have personally transitioned from ETL Tool based Consulting roles which i had been working on for past 9 years and now since past 1 Year working in a completely different role (L2 Support/SRE) where i have exposure to whole different set of tools and technologies. The gist is that keep learning, ensure you dont get stuck in one set of tools or technologies as you might be missing the larger picture out there. Dont get into the comfort zone mindset. Pick a larger skill set and have mastery in that but also add on peripheral skills and relevant new technologies. Industry is looking for folks who could be deployed into multiple type of projects requiring diverse skills. Try to develop a programmatical mindset where you could think it terms of general programming concepts like loops, conditionals, classes etc and you are able to implement that across various programming languages later.
Guruji, I understood one thing : "Change should be inevitable and learning should be continuous." I love the point detox. I started it around 1 year ago. Which made to enroll in MCA, to complete Advanced Data Analytics certification by google and now pursuing PGDCA in AI from CDAC. Started keeping myself away from social media (unnecessary) things. Achieved "screen time" below 3 hrs. keeping away from negative mindset people. I detoxed myself from those people. watching useful videos. Started learning new things. Dared to learn new things, technologies and concepts.
Networking is very important in corporate. Since I am an introvert (and fresher), at times it gets hard for me to talk to people. Due to this even when I have genuine doubts related to work,I am hesitant and delay it. This is impacting my work. Can you please suggest what should I do? Or can you make a video around this.
Believe it or not, I'm an ambivert - I can be an extrovert when I have to be one, else I'm introvert. I'm perfectly happy not talking to anyone for days in a row! But, I worked on this. Start asking the questions in smaller meetings, with your friends etc. No one cares, no one will judge you. will make a video on this.
Sir I am a second year computer science engineering student , please make a Roadmap video, Which field we learn and go for that and which field is best for the future.
Dude, not everything can be understood from a YT video. What field YOU should learn had a million parameters - what you are good at, what you like doing, which city you stay in, your family's financial status, your friends etc etc.
Brilliant attitude tips mate. Loved it. Excellent story telling with real life examples and the flow of these tips was like a poetry. Thoroughly impressed. In fact loved all the attitudes but #4 resonated very well when I was working for a couple of organizations which had a toxic atmosphere. Moved out of them and now found a real home 🙂

I am at that point where I want that 30 minutes with you to talk philosophy rather than DevOps lol, you're a genuine human being. How do I earn a mentorship if I am not working right now and nobody I know is in DevOps or cloud?
hahaha... I can talk philosophy for 300 minutes! First question first - why are you not working? Intentional break or what? Get a job first - that's most important LinkedIn and YT in your friend - look for people you resonate with and make valuable comments on their content. And add genuine value - not like "loved your content", "thanks for your guidance" etc. And you will develop relationships.

Hi Savinder, Thanks for sharing this things, I will start working on it, I also looking for Mentor which need to discuss multiple things on tech related.
I have a question sir ? If you may read this comment.. please do reply.. it's a moral dilemma that I have where my spirituality or moral conscience don't allow me to be totally away from news or people in general. You told about detox and that you don't follow news that much and I agree that it does increase anxiety as most of them are negative. But as you are also spiritual, don't you consider your moral responsibility to be more empathetic towards people or society in general? Or to help people in their situation if someone has the capability and capacity?
The goal of modern day Spirituality is NOT to isolate yourself from people. We cannot and should not become monks and live in the mountains. The goal is to live in the hustle of life/job/family and be good at all of them (most of the times)!. And yet, have a sense of inner peace within yourself. To have that connection with the Higher Self. Hope this makes sense.
