It DOES have the dedicatory on page VI. Looks like your pages were stuck together when you turned it.
I have noticed that the Holy Bible logo on the spine is way off center, this occurs often with the new batch of Schuyler Bibles.

The Schuyler Canterbury are quite possibly the most beautiful Bibles in print inside and out
