    I love these. Also that you guys explain how to build them and why you do these. Keep it up!

    I am, therefore I skate. In other words, I don't have time for anything else. So I purchased a ramp from KR. No regrets, and always proud to bring it out. It is well built.

    Making these make your own ramp videos when you have a skate ramp company means you're a good person and enjoy your job 👍

    I love what you guys are doing on the channel. With zero building experience, I just recently built myself a 2 foot x 6 foot quarter pipe with the help of your videos! Mine is not perfect but its pretty good. Thanks for all you guys do!

    How much could you cut prices if you fired Dale? (Joking, honestly. Really digging these vids. Good work Dale and Cory)

    love what you're doing on this channel! it's cool seeing a bunch of relatively easy skate obstacle projects people can make for super cheap, or even free! very cool! :3

    I bet you could use a strip of that recycled plastic as your stopper for the saw so your cut outs could be a lot thinner and you could def add more, a short piece of the plastic that close to the wood should have plenty of support

    One suggestion . Love the video. I wish I could afford getting one ramp from you guys. I’ve got 4 kids and don’t make enough to get a ramp at a couple hundred or more. But I could possibly build one. Have you thought about selling plans on Etsy or Pinterest. That way you’re making money off the videos hopefully and could sell plans for stuff. I mean you said you encourage people to make these ramps. I’d buy plans and make one when I get a chance.

    when I was skating in the 90s we had to buy ramp plans from the back of a mag if we wanted knowledge on how to build a ramp. anyone complaining about your prices has no clue what they're talking about. the plans for a miniramp back then were like $200, no joke

    I like the joist design, saves weight and material. Guessing you were trying to end up at 12" tall, but ended up 11" tall? Didn't catch your actual finished height? Assuming those are 45 degree bevel cuts on your "diagonal" bracing, to end up at 12" tall, diagonal bracing would need to be 10.6" long to short, on bevel cuts. Also the vertical end pieces would need to be 7.5" long, instead of 6.5", right? A squared + B squared = ... Pythagorean Theorem blah blah. Im going to build one similar to yours, probably also put notching in the feet, opposite the bottom horizontal support to lock them in, Lincoln Log style, and add a little more lasting support.. you should hire me.. 🔥

    i don't know if you've seen the movie Cloverfield with the giant monster, but Dale is just like the guy behind the camera in that movie.

    I get the "business model" aspect and yes ppl like to bitch about things regardless of knowledge, but like U said about said ppl's time and how they value it is up to them. I myself am going to build a bench with Ur design in mind, but will make it a bit longer and a little more stability as a result. It'll be a bit down the road, as I am going to make the plastic boards outta recycled materials after I collect everything that's needed.
    [🤔 guess I shud make a video about the whole process and tag U in it, now I think about it]

    Sunlight kills mold. 'Trex' Plastic deckboards are moldy in the underside without sunlight or proper airflow.

    Make an L shape block to make standard length cuts. Go down from your 5'10.5" measure past your 6' then L out to your length. Idk if that makes since. 😂

  • @drone-vision
    @drone-vision 6 месяцев назад

    They are too short to be used, have a think about creating a sound absorber from these blocks, there is an online app that gets you all the measurements and dimensions of the blocks and its positioning depending on the frequency you are trying to kill ;) waste becomes profit :)
