I have never hated a youtube ad more than the ads with Bobby Brown from Jones Road. I am subjected to them every time I go to youtube, at any time of day and I can’t wait to press “skip”. I have tried allowing it to play hoping it would not repeat as often, it made no difference. I may be who they market to, but I do not want to wear balm style shiny highlighter or goopy like foundation products.
I completely agree. And also, it’s so annoying to me that she starts by saying if you are over 50 don’t use traditional makeup, I’m like lady, that’s what you sold to women over 50 for decades, what are you talking about? Every time her ad comes on I wish I could comment but obviously I can’t. So here I am using this opportunity to rant.
Me too. RUclips asked me at the end of her ad…. If I found the ad annoying. YES! I was hopeful I wouldn’t see it again. Nope still plays multiple time when I’m on RUclips 🙁

My favorite bra for years has been the Bralelujah. It’s great for those of us that find underwire uncomfortable.
If you have chronic plantar fasciitis. Try stretching your soleus muscle. It’s the muscle under the gastrocnemius. Usually that’s the one that’s tight. And if you lengthen that, things calm down. ( PT, 30+ years in orthopedics)
Australian Gold Face Sunscreen is my favorite! The Fair-Light is a perfect shade for me, so no worry about a white cast. I love the way this sets down, so no greasy feel or shiny look. I have oily skin, so I have always hating wearing sunscreen, but this is perfect. I will love wearing sunscreen now!!! ❤

I know they are marketing that sweater as “crochet” but that is knit. It may look like crochet at first glance because it’s an open knit, but there is no crochet involved there. As a knitter it just drives me crazy! 😂

I emailed the company two times in the course of a year complaining about the container and that they were going to lose me as a customer soon if they didn’t change. I received a reply with my first complaint saying they were looking into it. Second email yielded nothing. And that was about two months ago. So they probably wanted to get rid of all there container inventory before moving onto a new one .I’m so glad you mentioned they did thank you.

I tried the Covergirl Simply Ageless Skin Perfector Essence. I did not like it. The first time I wore it, I had a gel moisturizer underneath. My t-zone got extremely oily. I had set it with setting powder., too. My t-zone does get oily by the end of the day, but not like this. I tried it a second time without the moisturizer. The same thing happened. I took it back to the store. I think if you have extremely dry skin this may work for you. My favorite foundation is L’Oreal True Match Hyaluronic Tinted Serum.
OMG, I got a pair of Sorel sandals last year! The style is different than yours, but I love how funky and comfortable they are. In fact, I loved them so much I got the same sandal in (2) more colors. They’re awesome!!
I’m still wearing Australian gold in light, I mix w Paula’s Choice spf 50 moisturizer.. gorgeous finish, and gorgeous under makeup.
Please don't mix anything into your sunscreen. Not only will it affect the SPF protection but it will also affect the most important part of sunscreen technology which is its film forming abilities over your skin.

I absolutely adore Jones Road WTF foundation. They clearly state it is better for dry skin. I can't live without my Miracle Balm in Bronze!!! Bronze gives me a beautiful healthy glow.
Have you tried Vanicream facial cleanser? I absolutely love it! I have dry sensitive mature skin. It’s wonderful!

I always try Angie's tinted sunscreen picks but nothing has beaten Australian Gold for me. I just love the finish and the way it feels. I haven't worn foundation since I began using it years ago.
Thank you for telling us about Haruharu Wonder sunscreen! I love it because it does not irritate my eyes, it is colorless, it comes off easily in a single wash, it is not greasy or too drying, and the pump is so helpful too! The Australian Gold was too orange (the lightest) and too drying. I have skin similar to Angie.

Fellow plantar fasciitis sufferer here! I wear oofos around the house as my “house slippers” and if I’m not trying to be cute, maybe more casual or sporty, I have a pair of the oofos flip flop style sandals I wear out and about. Not cute…but SO comfy, like walking on clouds and keeps the PF at bay.

Intimissimi is a very old Italian lingerie brand. I’ve been buying them for years. Like every other brand, the quality used to be waaaay better 20 years ago than it is now but it’s still good.

ugh i wish more companies making tinted mineral sunscreens would make a TRULY "inclusive " range of colors! Inclusive used to mean everyone! Everyone from super pale with cool or warm undertones to super rich complexions. Super rich and dark complexions and super pale complexions both need sunscreen that is enjoyable to use. AND is water resistant

I’m so excited about the pump because I have emailed them so many times about that dang bottle. I have transferred the product to a pump bottle every single bottle I have bought. The bottle is so thick my very able husband could barely squeeze it all out for me and even had a hard time cutting the bottle open to get all the lotion out of the bottom, which is about 2 weeks worth of lotion that won’t squeeze out at all. The lotion is great, but that bottle is way too thick!!
Why not just reuse a pump from another bottle….if you have one that fits of course? I do that with my conditioner.

ULTA no longer carries the Australian Gold tinted face mineral sunscreen. Such a bummer because I used to stock up when it was on sale and stack it with their $3.50 or $5.00 off coupon. It saved me so much money! My skin is normal to dry and it works great. Does not cling to any dry patches.

I totally agree about the Jones Road concealer pencil. I found it irritating on my skin.
Angie I got a full size Saint Jane luxury mineral sunscreen. Have you tried it? I am loving it! No white cast. Not greasy, not too drying, good under make up👍it’s a bit pricey but not that much more than other high ends.
Hi Angie, I know you're an east coast girl ... I recently moved to Florida from Califonia and my hair is a big frizz ball from the humidity! It's horrible. I used the WOW Dreamcoat and it looked good after blow drying, but within 15-30 minutes of just walking around the house, it frizzed right back up! Do you have any recommendations for keeping hair straight/sleek and frizz free in humidity? I need help!!!!!!

Thanks for your honest reviews of these products. I personally HATE the Jones Road products and think they are so OVERRATED. I think the miracle balm is too greasy and their products don't improve the look of makeup on mature skin. I also don't use products with talc in them and many of Bobby Brown and Jones Road products contain talc and other toxic ingredients. Thanks again for your recommendations.
I got my Alpha Hydrox lotion Wednesday when I came home from work and I think I did some sort of 80s dance moves when I pulled out the pump. I was getting to the point where I wasn't sure I was going to order this anymore because it physically hurts my right hand to try to squeeze out the lotion. I've been using this lotion since 2020 when I first followed you and you recommended it. It is the best lotion for my skin so I was super sad in thinking I wouldn't be able to keep using it. I pulled it out of the plastic wrap, did my 80s dance and yelled "finally!!". So happy I can keep using this lotion.
You should learn to wrap your hair at night with a silk scarf. The first time I wrapped my hair, I was shocked the next morning how soft and hydrated my hair felt.
Do you have a specific scarf that you recommend? I tried it once but it bothered my head felt tight.

Thanks so much for this video, always very helpful. Just an fyi on the Apha lotion. Great product, but it is not being offered with a pump on Amazon and according to "questions to mfg" section, this lotion is not currently being packaged with a pump. It appears to be something the company included w/your order as a convenience to you as a content creator, to which I say they should. You are doing the work to bring great info to us, why not make things a bit more convenient for you. Thanks again for all you do.
I’m going to need a tutorial on how to use that iron brush! lol I was looking for an iron to give me a softer wave that would straighten out the fly aways… this has potential but for the life of me I don’t know how you get it through your hair without getting it caught in the brush. My hair is probably about 2-3 inches longer than yours. Tutorial please!!!!!
Angy what about a video about troubles and solutions for girls using contac lenses ? some times is so hard to do the make up ! or use the sun protector when you have sensitive eyes ! I saw a new line of mascara from the brand of my contact lenses but i couln'd find it . Thank so much !!

She uses a Hair Max device iirc (red light therapy) No extensions but she’s on HRT, yes to Botox and only a tiny bit of lip filler, no Sculptra. Lol hope that helps, Angie may not see this to answer you. ✌🏼

I would recommend bliss rose gold cleanser for sensitive skin. It is fabulous
Also sukin cleanser and exfoliating mask for sensitive skin, no products have ever made my skin as soft as these two

I have loved Australian Gold tinted sunscreen. Until I recently purchased UV camera to test UV coverage of my sunscreens. Australian Gold with 50SPF did not work nearly as well as other sunscreens I use with 30 SPFs.

After your sunscreen video I did try the Australian Gold in the lightest tint. I loved it! The colour was perfect for me, I loved how matte it was, it lasted all day. But it was like GLUE when I tried to remove it. It took three different cleansers to finally get it all off. Weird.
