Me and my family were surf fishing a couple years ago and we gut hooked a little black tip so we decided to not wasted it and try it out, black tip is now one of my favorite fish I’ve ever eaten!

i spent a looot of time at that blimp road ramp in september and october. will be back with my skiff in feb and march but it's terrifying how shallow it is with a somewhat pricey rig

Headed to the Keys Sunday and will be fishing 7 Mile Bridge next week. I'll definitely try for some big fish with your techniques, but leave off the shark experience you had on your first Keys trip. Not interested in fish bigger than my kayak.

I've been watching both your channel and science channels, I would bet you could pair up with a university to tag sharks while the fishing season is slow, I guess they would have to travel with you though that might make things harder.
Maybe sharks are so abundant and it is irrelevant though, I'm on the west coast

I'm in Sebastian and not having any luck on trout, redfish, or snook. I thought they jumped in the boat over here. 🙄 I've got one week left. And the no see ums. OMG!

@@FishAholicTV Alright, I caught so many jacks and trout today that my arm is sore. Finally! I got two jacks on the same lure at the same time! Wild day. And crazy ladyfish. Those things have so much energy, one literally jumped in the boat hitting the lure at the last second. No snook, so I'm going out with a guide Monday. He's confident. It's worth it. 🤞
@@FishAholicTV Alright, got into the snook today on the edge of the north jetty! Got a 30 inch slot. Tastes so good! North side's been closed since Hurricane Nicole. I'm sure that helped. Not kayak waters though. Got a bunch more too. But the sharks were majorly complicating things. Lost four or five to snarks and just called it a day. It was kinda crazy!

It’s an 8ft cast net. Kinda the biggest you can get away with in the kayak.

Things i would fix on this channel/videos:
1) a second camera on boat just to create a stable mainscreen for viewing, switching to headmount when there is something to see. Why? Im old and i have menieres disease. makes watching these kind of videos a sickening thing.
2) Whats the air temp? time? water temp?
3) how deep is the water we are in?
4) local stories? im sure youve got some great ones.
5) location?
dont take these suggestions the wrong way please, i like your videos or wouldnt have taken the time to write the comment.
