Morten uses some of the musicians from a-ha's extended band, but Pål and Magne are naturally not part of this band, as it is Morten's solo work. The members of a-ha have cooperation problems, so they need to work separately outside the band. The man on the electric guitar is Swedish. His name is Peter Kvint and he helps Morten with songwriting.
You should check out his song “Out Of My Hands”. It really showcases his voice. “Just Believe It” does too, covers most of his range I think, but it’s a lot more synth-pop so it’s not as obvious.
Genial mortin...
Never heard this version before. Brilliant, thank you!
This is morten’s solo stuff, he has numerous solo albums, the drummer and keyboard player have been part of a-ha’s backing band in the past.
