This thing consists of four large subs stuffed with meatballs, fried chicken, aubergine, mushrooms, cheese and marinara sauce...you get 1492 seconds (or just over 24 minutes) in which to finish and if you can, you get the $40 meal on the house, a $50 gift card and a winner's t-shirt!

A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Love that you're doing a Philly series! As a lifelong resident of the area, I can confirm we have some amazing food, as well as some amazing portion sizes. If you want THE BEST cheesesteak in the area, skip the tourist crap of Pat's and Geno's, and go to Dalessandro's. Best of luck and have a great time!

I've tried to eat 2 large fully loaded steak subs in one sitting before. I didn't even make it to halfway on the second one. I don't usually have a frame of reference for these challenges but holy hell that's more food than I could eat in an entire day without feeling very sick. Props bro.
Same here. I’d have to eat half of one sandwich every couple hours to to finish.
@@moonbot7613 oh nah, the first full sandwich is the easiest. Drink as little water as possible, take huge bites, go fast. First one goes down in 10 minutes or less. My problem is I have this thing where my esophagus is narrow at the bottom and food gets stuck. I have to drink a lot when I eat (like two cans of coke per sandwich or a half liter of water). Makes it impossible to eat large amounts of anything with bread

When I was like 17 or 18, and if I got baked, I could probably have gotten two and maybe a half down, now a days I'm with you, one and a half and I'd be done

Semi-random fact: Panzerotti come from my Dad's hometown in the Puglia region of Italy. They're kinda like a small fried calzone and they're actually amazing! Unsurprisingly they are absolutely nothing what-so-ever like what you ate in Florida!

Having learned German in school, you should consider a trip to Germany at some point. There's a Schnitzel challenge in a town near Frankfurt that hasn't been beaten since Randy pushed it to 3kg in 2016.
But don't the Germans still think covid is real and wear masks everywhere? And if you're not had acht jabs they don't let you do anything? F*k that.

Have you ever thought of opening your own restaurant? I think the beard meets food challenge consisting of onion rings, Diet Coke, cheesecake, ext. would be so fun for people to try. Plus your menu could include baby plates (normal sizes) to XL (challenge sizes). Also to have like a challenge section of your restaurant would be fun to watch! Especially if lots of people do it one day!

Outstanding!!!! Nice ! If you wanna eat more than you do, you should replace cold water or cold soda with warm watter. When you use cold drinks you'r inner fire is reducing a lot. If you drink warm whatter or warm tea, you will feel that your inner fire it's more potent. True fact! The only drink that you need to consume when are you eating is warm whatter ore tea.
