- It's been a long ol' while since I tried to eat something this big...but I'm not one to shrink in the face of adversity! Today we're at Ren's Pantry in Withernsea, taking on their Metre 'O Mac Challenge...
Entrants get 25 minutes in which to finish one whole metre of macaroni cheese topped with herbs, crispy bacon and garlic bread, served in a gutter pipe. If you successfully get it down you get the meal FREE, a winner's shirt and a spot on their wall of fame!
You can also take this challenge on as a two-person team, in which case you get 15 minutes to go head-to-head against one another. Whoever reaches the middle first is considered the winner and is awarded a spot on the wall of a fame and a t-shirt too.

A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Family business, you can see they are golden people and actually love being together and working, sadly family businesses don't last for long because of high tax rates compared to franchises ( yes, sadly franchises pay less tax then single family owned businesses because Franchises have big budget to hire lawers and financers and use loophopes to pay less tax ) and goverment doesn't helps you with anything, they might fail soon but I hope they enjoy every moment together and stay strong as a family

Something I've noticed about a lot of these challenges is that the prices are awesome for the food. So, if you win, you get the $25, $30, or $40 meal free or whatever. Okay. I'm looking at these videos thinking, "I don't care about the challenge, I just want that much food for that price." Seriously, I have 4 kids. The 5 of us would go nuts on that massive Mac N Cheese. My wife would probably hide in the car out of embarrassment. Last time I took the family to McDonalds it was nearly $70. Freaking McDonalds. I need to start going to these places, fail the challenge, and bring the rest of the food home. :)

Yes pretty sure they wouldn’t cook it for you. They’d just make normal portions for yall at 12 bucks each, not including the garlic bread. So you’d be looking at 60-70 quid.

I loved this episode. The staff is so nice, it seems like a real family type of place. Your manners answering questions while the clock is ticking are impeccable, you're a really charming guy. Admittedly, a pretty niche skill but the amount you can put away and how quickly is just absolute insanity.

The folk in east Yorkshire, where this is videoed are really friendly. Generally they have nowt to do with wokeism too. Which is marvellous. Born and brought up in Hull, about 15 miles away so i can attest. Left the place many years back,but the friendliness has always stayed with me.

All the videos I've watched and it still never ceases to amaze me how much he can eat.
Like I can eat a lot of food, but by halfway through I'd have been flagging hard. I'd probably need at least an hour to finish all that, if I even could finish it.
It's the speed for me, more than the amount. He had most of those 4 kilos (I guess) of cheesy noodles in his tummy within seven minutes. That's crazy.

Never fails when you have humble people that work/own a business, it says a lot. Regardless of the food, i always help any restaurant that has this type of kindness

That's stupid. Put a different product there and maybe it will become clearer. Well, this car is unreliable and has poor gas mileage, but it's a family company so I will keep it because they're nice. At the end of the day, you do need a good product to stay in business. NOT patronizing a place that has a bad work environment makes more sense.

I watch them when I’m hungry and trying to stick to my diet. Seeing him eat that much is kind of a proxy thing - it either makes me feel kinda full or seeing that much food in one go completely puts me off. It works well for me.

I think the only way this works for him is that the food gets pushed from the stomach into the intestines very quickly. His actual stomach sack can't hold something like that meter of mac and cheese, but if it all moves along briskly, well the intestines can.

It's just gonna get shit out, therefore it doesn't collect inside your body or organs like you think it does.
