ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS & ADDITIONAL INFO:
Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Hello 👋. Hope you are you are doing good
Hey beard
The way you say Adam
Must feel so cool being recognised in a totally different country!
Saying your name in an American accent and her immediately understanding is gold 😂
i thought the same LMAO xD😂
The first version sounds closer to what i would say as a north american tho. The second one sounds weird like an aussie accent
Is there anywhere we can look at his poo afterwards
@@YSFmemories as an aussie, the first is closer to what we would say too
Aaaedum
Now that is a sandwich worthy of your beard.
i told em i knew a former wing bowl champ and they made it 30% bigger
And worthy of the BOB name too
No chillies this time??
🙌🏻🙌🏻
The Turkey would go down smoother with some mayonnaise. The roast beef would go great with English mustard, I love that stuff in food. Going to be in Lincoln UK dec-may working for the RAF.
I laughed when you had to say your name in an American accent for the waitress to understand you. Haha. It's always a good day when you upload!

Russian dressing is different from Thousand Island dressing. Russian dressing includes horseradish and chili pepper which makes it spicy, while Thousand Island includes sweet pickle relish which makes it sweet. It's also called Russian dressing because the original recipe included caviar.
some good trivia thanks.

Your definition of rye bread is spot on: "stale on purpose"!
There's not a single slice of rye bread there. Rye bread is made from rye. It's dark brown and hard. Most american "rye" is just regular old white wheat bread with a negligible amount of rye flour mixed in.
@@norandomnumbers Tbh, we have somewhat light brown/light rye toast here in finland that's made with 100% rye. The traditional ryebread is what you described and what i enjoy most. I do think that the ryebread here is also just a mix.
@@ItsMeTrist It's a bit misleading advertising when some bread packages do advertise "täysjyväruis" or something like that, like Vaasan Ruispalat. But if you read the ingredients list, it also lists wheat flour. But there's also plenty of full rye breads on the market, my favorite is Oululaisen Jälkiuuni, which also advertises itself as "täysjyväruis", but it also is only rye, no other grains.
@@norandomnumbers With the exception of taikaruis which i just read yesterday as i was watching the vid, contains wheat gluten, but 100% of the grains used were rye.
However yeah, i prefer Jälkiuuni myself as well or some ryebread from the local bakeries.
@@norandomnumbers It's safe to say that Europeans were mixing rye and wheat flour before they introduced wheat to North America, so you can't really make the argument that pure rye bread is more traditional. The light rye used in pastrami sandwiches is usually sourdough and it's specifically a Jewish-American New York deli thing, it's actually a fairly sophisticated bread and not just like Wonderbread with some rye grain mixed in.
I love it when he finishes the challenge and goes "do you have a desert menu?" and people are like "are you serious?"🤣😂 it cracks me up every time.
This man used to work in finance but pursued his dream of eating food - what a fucking legend
Think it's called Russian Dressing because it needs to be Putin your sandwich.
🤪
🤣🤣🤣👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
For me I'm Russian to scrape it off my Reuben's and Putin it in the garbage, I can't stand that stuff. But a good Reuben? I'd slap a nun for one.
My question is how consistent are they with the preparation of these challenge meals? What's stopping them from just arbitrarily adding an extra pound?
Nothing. He recently did a video of a french toast challenge that was advertised as 2.5kg and it was 3.5kg when they weighed it.
AT 8.47 INTO IT I PAUSED IN DISBELIEF , AMAZED HOW PERFECT THE WORLD IS AT THAT ONE SECOND.
They already dropped the time. Now that you defeated it they’re definitely gonna make the sandwich bigger or add some sides 😂
To what 30? They shouldn't do that, I mean the free advertising alone, the 4.3 million watching the vid is worth thousands of dollars to the business, I bet brought in tons of money since then, they are just being Jewish now
They should add some lox
Add dessert!
what did they drop it to?
"Rye bread feels like it's stale on purpose."
That is the best description of rye bread I've ever heard lol.
The funny thing is that bread which looks like this probably has 10-20% rye flour max and can be stale, but try 100% whole grain rye flour sour dough bread and it's heavenly. Tough but heavenly.
Kind regards from Finland
Damn that's rye bread? I thought he said white bread, cause that shit looks 100% bleached.
@@Salaattiful i thought its white bread too

I love how your misses is always there to push you forward when you're ready to give up and how crazy her Christmas outfits are :-)
I have been bouncing around your long time on RUclips for 3 days now and, what I want to say is this, as a hairstylist, I love your hair when it's short, love it when it's long, love how you take care of the beard...
Love loved loved it when you wore it in a mohawk :-) or a faux hawk as they call it nowadays!
Got to go :-) I have more videos to watch :-) it's back to school here in wisconsin, and as a hairstylist, it has been a hair stampede!
Feels like we've cut every single child's hair in this whole city in the past two weeks, we are competitive hair stylists :-)
I don't know how you do it, I don't know how you fit it all in there, however, I love it that your favorite part is the T-shirt:-)

That’s a lot of pickles! Did they think maybe you would eat a pickle between each layer of sandwich? I’m only guessing here. Well done on completing the challenge 🙌🏽🎉🙌🏽🎉🙌🏽🎉
I would have slipped the pickles in with the meat - in the 5 days it would have taken me to finish that thing!
I mean, that is sort of what you are supposed to do. The pickles clean your palate due to the vinegar. This food is super salty, and after a while you stop being able to taste the meat. The pickles and the coleslaw help to keep the meat tasting flavorful after the sheer amount of salt you are ingesting.
Once in a while, being a huge fan, I see the pile of food and wonder how it’s going to go down. That was a big one Adam. Nice one ☝️

Russian dressing is so named because the original recipe, from the 19th C, contained caviar - then thought of as a Russian delecacy. In the 20th C, the current recipe was introduced (without the fish eggs), but the name remained.

I went on a school trip to Connecticut when I was a kid to visit some place related to a civil war or something like that. The key distinction between the two spreads lies in their flavor profiles. Russian dressing features horseradish and chili pepper, making it spicy. Sweet pickle relish is a key ingredient in Thousand Island dressing, which makes it sweet.
Russian dressing doesn't need horseradish or chili pepper. It has soaked and then finely minced onion. This adds an umami fresh onion flavor to the sauce. At least this is how it is at most delis and how I make it. Ive never had a spicy russian dressing and i've been to many jewish style delis in a few cities.
Russian dressing and Thousand Island are both made with Ketchup and Mayonnaise but have different flavor profiles. Thousand island is sweeter due to the addition of pickled relish. Russian is spicier due to chili peppers and horseradish.
