Hi I would to advice the Government and the CIPC, LOTS of people don`t have proper knowledge on what legislative requirement are necessary to understand, the CIPC should facilitate the knowledge before they can register any company in their registry, people start businesses to make money not profit, so there is no proper recordings of daily business transactions.
