Why must it be filed annually? Why is the calendar not allowing to select prior year. To scroll year by year is DUMB.

Kindly note, every company prescribed to file, must ensure the register is up to date, including making annual filings confirming validity of the filed information.

@@theCIPC there is no option to confirm prior filing so all the information must be updated again, royal waste of time
