Great that CIPC is making an effort to educate and support businesses. Love seeing an updated site. But please, hire an experienced web development team to conceptualise and design the site and the copy (instructions) on screen. It is too hard to use these tools in the state they are in - even the updated site can be improved so much more. As it is now, using the site will discourage small business owners to do the right thing. Small business owners who make little profit will not be able to afford paying other companies to help with doing this grunt work.
As I wonder how did the guy who presented got hired and won the interview. He keeps on saying ehhh ehhh ehh whilst reading as if he is rehearsing aowa that is very annoying.
Thank you so much for this. I have one question though; I tried to change my company phone number to my new one so I can get the OTP, which I was successful in changing it. But when I file for B/O, it keeps using my old phone number. Is there maybe a way to fix that or maybe I need to wait until a certain period in order for it to change to the new phone number?
