It was only in the last few months of his life that he began wearing sunglasses-but he had his reasons. Maybe he felt more secure, less exposed/vulnerable? Or like someone else said-maybe he’d been grieving, and didn’t want the world to see his eyes? You can think it’s stupid and disrespectful. However, I’d suggest learning about who he was as a person. He’s not missed just bc of his amazing voice. He’s missed bc he was basically sunshine in human form.
