How to Link your Brother Scan n cut with your Brother Luminaire using the My Connection. Basic demo sending from the scan n cut to the Luminaire and from your Luminaire to your Scan n Cut.

I have the luminaire xp1 upgraded from 1-3 I can’t get the Artspira app off my luminaire. Please help it doesn’t show canvas workspace only Artspira

The Artspira and My Connection page are the same page in the settings of your XP1. If you don't have My Connection activated, then just push the trash can and it will log you out. If you are connected using the My Connection feature, you need to leave that alone. Go to your Artspira app and disconnect your XP1 from there. The app is not actually on your XP, it is just showing your sign in information.

Where do I get the Activation code to type into my Embroidery machine? I have the Luminaire upgraded to 3 and Scan n Cut DX 225. Thank You!

Unfortunately, your SDX225 does not have an activation. This only works with the SDX325, or the SDX330.

what is the Kit 1, 2 and 3 about? Thanks

Kit 1, 2, and 3 and the design connection are upgrades to add features to the machine. These are upgrades that you have to buy. Each kit has different features. If you would like more info on one or any of the kits please feel free to give us a call 734-663-3033
