    THANK YOU SO MUCH for this VERY helpful video! After a full day and night of frustration with this process, I discovered this video. The only difference from your video and what I did was that I transferred the update via a flash drive (which caused more frustration). I had been warned by a dealer that ANY WiFi issues could cause the firmware of the Luminaire to malfunction and have serious problems, so it is best to transfer new information via a flash drive. I appreciate ALL of your videos SO MUCH! Taking care of your husband is MOST important, and I appreciate that you took the time to once again, help US. Best wishes to you and your husband!

    Hi sweetie, I just got a Luminaire XP2 last week ....thank you so so much for all your teaching on the machine.. I have a question the machine needed an update..it was fine until it said that was another update for the video it looks like it didn't do anything I left the machine on for hours..so I click pause.. can I turn off the machine? please help!

    The version I have now is 3.0 Is there a version before the current one and if so do I have to load that update before the current one? Praying for your husband's continuous improvement.

    after I uploaded Luminaire XP2 I saw the agreement after it was said update is complete it also indicated they wanted me to download movie so now it is on pause and indicates it is downloading but there is not evidence that it is downloading. No light blinking off or on it just says pause and downloading. What should I do?

      I just got the Luminaire XP2 the same happened to me what did you do? I left the machine on all night I press pause now I'm afraid to turn off the machine lol! How did you result it?

      @@ketmiacelani1601 I was very worried about the warranty if for some reason in my efforts I messed something up. It was on all night and so I waited till 10:00 when the sewing machine store opened up and to speek to the owner. If any thing went wrong it would be pretty hard to blame me for messing up so I would advise you to notify the store you bought your machine from and ask for store owner to walk you thru this.
