Had some back in the day when they dropped...they were dope. Actually got a pair again about 13yrs ago when some were re released. Still rock the Reebok Classic sometimes. And of course regularly I rock my Reebok Allen Iverson kicks! Really liked when Reebok introduced the DMX technology.
I had the newer version. I got it at an outlet mall in 2016. They were only $26 on clearance. They were white and bright green. I loved the gimmick and always had fun with it at parties and none of my friends new about pumps (neither did I, I just got them cuz I liked them). My dad told me I was dumb to fall for such a gimmick. I don’t feel like the pump made much of a difference but they were my go to shoe until I trashed them while drunk at a music festival. I still have them though! I made a lot of good memories at college with those shoes :)

Reebok still has potential. Back in the early 2000s Rbk was everywhere and I felt proud to cop their products. The decline started when adidas bought them. Adidas said they bought Reebok to compete with nike in the US, but that wasn't the case. They actually almost killed the brand so that there is one less huge competition for them not just in the US but in the world. Reebok needs to buy themselves back from Adidas if they want their glory days back. And yes, instapump fury are the coolest shoes ever. I just bought one pair and I can't tell you how much more attention and praises they get over any of my Jordans and nikes.

For example, Reebok had a ten year deal with nba from 2001. But Adidas scrapped that and all NBA uniforms were made by adidas from 2005. That was insanely unprofessional. They made sure Reebok isn't seen as a sports company and made them a fitness company that no one cares. Someone needs to buy Reebok back from the Germans ASAP. We should start a Twitter hashtag and protest about this. Sad part is no one gives a fuck. People are happy with their Jordans.
If Reebok was smart, they’d be releasing more colors for the iconic original Pump design. 90’s fashion is making a huge comeback in the US, and honestly I don’t think their Instapump shoes (and other designs that use similar technology) elicit the same nostalgia… Gotta have that basketball pump on the tongue - and it needs to actually work! Reebok Pump shoes are one of the few I’m interested in picking up used, because their current lineup is so limited.

I had a pair of the Reebok Crossfit nano pump, it fit great and I even used it for skateboarding. I found that the pump didn’t change to much for me either when skateboarding or just walking around.

I have about 20 pairs of the classic Reebok pump. They are all in great shape and many have never been worn. I found 3 pair at a Goodwill a few years back that had never been worn!

Reebok just re-released the Pumps last year, and I bought several pairs at Finish Line and I got to say that I like pumping up my Reeboks. I usually wear it at my job and I like the attention I'm getting from my coworkers and boss and people that I don't know. Reebok makes the Pumps but they're only available for a limited time till they released a new colorway. I have the Omni Zone II, that's the type of Reebok Pumps I own.
I had an OG pair of the Dee Browns as a kid. I bought the retros that came out some years ago too. Retro Reeboks have better quality than retro Jordans. The whole blacktop line was dope.
Reebok is making me want to buy my 1st "dad's shoes" aged 32/33. But I haven't found one as cool as the pump, too bad I haven't had any chance to try them on yet.

At about 30-45min drive from home there's a huge outlet (it's from a European corporate owning lots of outlet villages across Europe), there's Vans, Nike, Adidas (all close to their non-outlet counterparts), Puma & Reebok (just outlet for the latters).
I played junior ice hockey in 2000s and even then reebok skates had pump technology. I didnt even know they were so succesful that they made it to sports equipment.
I had black, white and green blacktop pumps, they were awesome. I still have my pump hockey skates/roller blades. I actually tried on the Nike pumps and almost bought them, but I didn't wanna carry that stupid pump everywhere lol

I never hooped in Pumps but I did buy the Pressure...which featured the external pump to “collar” your ankle but also had a Nike air-bladder molded into the insoles!!!! This made the shoe incredibly stiff and nearly impossible to hoop in. I think Mark Jackson played in Pressures, I assume he got paid well for the “horror” LOL. I regret not buying the Pump in black, always loved the soft Reebok leather...most people don’t talk about that but it made a really compliant upper when lacing.

The shaqnosis and kamakazies were dope shoes and proved that at least once upon a time, Reebok was on top of their game. I remember those! Honestly those gym shoes were expensive back in the days! My dad bought me a pair, i was such a brat i did know how much he sacrificed to buy me those shoes! Best shoes i wore in high school.
i had black blue reebok pump basketball high tops orange basketball on black toung. My friends had tennis one yellow tennis ball pump low top one had the cross trainer one too back in the 90s they were cool.
Loved the original bulky reebok pumps but I always get nostalgic bout the Patrick ewings ev time I see the pumps
I cant remember if I actually owned pumps as a kid or one of the billion knockoffs but I only remember the tounge pumping up so maybe a knockoff. The shaqnosis and kamakazies were dope shoes and proved that at least once upon a time, Reebok was on top of their game. I would love an uptempo vid (the most over the top nike shoe ever) or a flightposite (if batman played basketball, that would be his shoe). Ken griffey jr's shoe was dope too and doubly impressive as he was the only baseball player who had a shoe me and my friends would rock. I got all kinds of memories flowing right now (I was in high school in the mid nineties, arguably the hight of everything sneaker)
