When I started doing yoga with you Kassandra, four years ago, I didn’t like yin yoga, it was “to slow for me”. Now I understand that I much needed the calmness, the slow and the tranquility that this practices give you. I loved, loved this one! Thank you so much! ❤

Thanks for this one! It was a perfect morning to bring my mat outside and enjoy the breeze and clouds moving across the sky and the practice. Deer pose is weird for me in that I’m much more comfortable with my back flat on the ground then on my wrists or forearms. Maybe my body is just weird, lol.
Seeing this helped me get out of bed right when the alarm hit. Sphinx done as a yin pose is a wild experience for me, I'll have to revisit it again. Thanks for the session!
LOVE your yin but find I need something more dynamic to fire me up in the mornings and cattle prod me into action. Will very much enjoy this practice later though as it starts to get dark and I can put my fairy lights on 🥰🙏

This is a perfect class! I will definitely be doing this one with some regularity. The hamstring stretch with internal rotation of the hip works much better for me. My external rotation is challenging and I can never feel my hamstring stretching...just my hip. Thank you Kassandra!
