What size compact small generator do you recommend for that unit I just purchased one of those and I’m totally confused on air conditioning power or running the heater fan power so if I could get a more compact quiet generator that would be great everyone I ask no one knows? Any advice? Minimum power of maximum power? Thanks for the video was very helpful👍
We just got a 2021 model that we like a lot, but I do have a warning. The two pneumatic struts that hold up the hatch broke away at the lower fitting, allowing the hatch to fall down. It's pretty hefty and it put a pretty good gash on my forehead. Now whenever the hatch is up, I run a rope around both t-handles and tie the other end to the roof rack, so if the struts fail again, the rope will prevent the hatch from falling. Upon inspection, I'd say the struts are actually installed upside down. I don't care if I step on a few toes - just don't want anyone else to get hurt.
I hope the Sellers put 2 new Struts on under warranty. They do sell some beefy one @ Amazon , Camping World etc. I'm looking at buying one but there are so many new manufacturers. I do alot of Overlanding and need a off road capability.
@@punisher3514 The lower fitting is made of polymer I think, and the strut body has a steel extension maybe 3/8" long with 10/32 type threads. This steel extension is threaded into the polymer fitting and both sides just tore out. It really should have steel threads in the fitting. I epoxied it back together temporarily, but I'm going to look for something stronger so thank-you for the info. I'll still keep the safety rope in place though because on a windy day, the hatch may bounce and stress the struts.
Honestly, I think I would rather NOT have the stove NOR the sink. Just give me a plain slab I can use for prep and maybe that water hose. THAT's IT. I don't want that much heat near my trailer anyway. Would be nice to have the option of that tall fridge or just a single counter straight across and I can fit a Dometic underneath.
Lot of owner reviews on this unit, almost all say you will end up doing your own repairs and few would recommend the unit. Things shake loose etc, having to fix seals, etc.
Air conditioners tend to have moisture drips. Where does the heat and the moisture go? do you wind up with a wet spot on your mattress? Extra heat being dissapated....where?
In general, batteries are always added by the dealer. A few trailer include AGM batteries from the factory but not the bushwhacker. At Princess craft, we include an Interstate deep cycle marine battery on this unit and full propane at no charge. If there is not one in the video, it simply wasn’t added prior to filming!
There are many videos starting to appear on RUclips, I would definitely watch those before purchasing this trailer.

Good looking out.

Probably one of the best tours I have seen. Can a 270 awning fit on the roof rack and be tall enough to clear the hatch when they are both open?

Awesome breakdown. How many watts are recommended for the solar panel plug in?

Would you recommend a Swivel Wheel for the Trailer Jack? If so what capacity swivel wheel should we purchase?
Damn I am getting it!!
Nice presentation.
Thank you!
What is the lenght of the bed?
Batteries not included?

What's the weight?
