  • I can't use Sizzapp unless I keep the bike on the optimate, no power in the garage at the moment, bike was left for a little over 2 weeks, went to go on a ride with the Tiger & found that it would not start, had to take the bike to the house & connect the optimate to get a charge & uninstall Sizzapp for the bike to fire up, Sizzapp is good if you can keep it on an optimiser all the time, however it fails in the power draw when not connected to a charger, I find this no good if I was going on holiday & the bike is parked up in the garage, Sizapp would have to be disconnected & that defeats the purpose of having it as a security device, I am now seeking an alternative device that does not need battery power from the bike.

Dead battery with Sizzapp! This is exactly why I went for a Monimoto tracker on my Tiger 900 GT Pro. The Monimoto Runs from its own batteries. Fit and forget. When the batteries run low (over 12 months) you get a warning from your app on your phone. Takes AA Energizer Ultimate Lithium Batteries. Any tracker that connects to the battery is a waste of time in my opinion. Any thief would follow cables from the battery and just ditch the tracker anyway if they nicked your bike! I found a great place to hide the tracker as well on my Tiger. My insurance company also recognises the Monimoto 7 tracker. Let me know if you need any help with hiding the tracker on your Tiger if you buy a Monimoto. Cheers..

Nope I don't think you would, I can't recommend Sizzapp, too punishing on your battery anyway.
